I’ve been a customer for many years : even after I moved to FL and would return for a visit . Night before I flew out I would order an entire pan , freeze in ziplocks and my sons looked forward to it as well. They don’t have anything like it in FL.

Waited 45 minutes for a half tray… they make you wait outside in your car now. The woman who took my money didn’t give me any change.. no big deal, but then when the pizza came it was cold… the crust tastes like it was made 3 days ago and then barely reheated… worst square pizza in the area, which is a shame because it used to be my favorite…. If I wanted frozen pizza I would just go to Krogers…. Wellsburg or Weirton Dicarlo’s will be getting my business from now on.

You call ahead and they tell you 45 minutes but you go and sit there for almost 2 hours… what’s the point of calling ahead. It’s very inconvenient

3 times i went there now and never get my change back. Was there plenty of times but last 3 they just kept 4 to 10 dollars of my change, it's already expensive so I won't go anymore.
