You call ahead and they tell you 45 minutes but you go and sit there for almost 2 hours… what’s the point of calling ahead. It’s very inconvenient

It's definitely a staple food for the valley. We come about once a month and order ours with the cheese/pepperoni baked on with extra cheese. Always delicious and consistent ingredients!
Definitely a hit or miss as I had their pizza twice in one weekend. Friday evening would have been one star as there was no thickness to the crust. Was crunchy but very thin. Service was ok as they came out to parking lot fairly quickly and not long of a wait for the pizza. They were far from busy as only me and a couple others there at near 10:30pm. Saturday night the event I was at ordered a few trays and it was really good. Nice crust and good flavor. Would have been five stars on its own. As far as atmosphere I can only talk for Friday night. It’s a parking lot and has all the atmosphere one would expect from one. I would prefer to do it the old way and go in to get the order

Oh my gosh!!! My husband and I are laughing so hard! We have been trying to eat at Patsys for several years now! The last time we were here …you guys were on vacation in July and closed! This year we went for lunch and found out you are not open until 3 pm. As we pulled up to your restaurant …my husband said I wonder if they have seating! Not only did you not have seating…but we were told to get back in our car! We left and came back over to DiCarlos and are sitting in a nice seating area…eating our most delicious and favorite pizza!! ?

Y’all have the most screwed up system in place, I ordered pizza at 6:56 was told would be 30 min, I get there and wait 30 min in the parking lot, no employee acknowledged me for 30 min. No way in hell it takes over an hr for pizza. Piss poor service

I’ve been coming here for 15+ years. Pizza is between OK and overrated. Crust is too hard and not enough flavor in the sauce. But personally, my biggest issue is that the wait time is unreasonably long. What pizza place has a 30+ minute wait for pickup orders? I could almost see if it had dine in it too, but if all you do is pickup orders, it’s just an inefficient system.
