The employee heard my order wrong and when I called to tell them it was incorrect the staff was rude and didnt even apologize for the mistake. I've known the owner most of my life and will not go back. Sorry Paula. Unacceptable!

My favorite food place of all time has always been pizza express . The food is to die for but everytime i go in this establishment I have to wait at least 45 mins(at the very least). I spend lots of money there but here lately the wait isn't worth it. Not to mention my food is almost burnt. Not understanding what's going on.

Love Paula's pizza shop I dont live around there warwood location but I will go to her Bridgeport location she definitely knows how to make things good no other like it. Always friendly an understanding of what people want I'd definitely recommend her pizza an best wings in the valley.
