Called back an hour later and another person answered and said “we are out for the night” contradicting to what I was told an hour before ! Now having to order somewhere else! Poor service

At first she said they would not honor the Enjoy Book coupon. Then, they said if they take the coupon, the pizza would be double the price so you might as well not use it....

The front end staff today had zero clue what they were doing. My order said complete on the screen. I paid cash when I got there. They ignored me after that. Five minutes pass and I ask how much longer. The girl looks back and tells me its been ready. Wasted my time while my food was sitting there getting cold. Hire better people

The food was exactly what I wanted from Pizza Hut, but the service was where it stood out. Despite being short staffed and not seating and serving tables, they made every effort to serve us. They let us just order at the counter and brought it to us. Everything came out timely and they let us sit at a booth and eat. Just passing through, this was a friendly experience and good chance to rest on our trip.

The manager was very rude and would not honor a coupon at the Elm Grove location tht says it can be used there. This location has the worst staff of all area pizza huts and the order is almost always wrong! Please hire better people!
They were super bad with us strangers, I tried to get along but they acted badly, we don't speak perfect English, maybe that's why. The food took about 1 hour, they watched us as you are welcome to us.

There is nothing better than a piping hot personal pan pizza in an old school hut complete with the red plastic cups. My server was fantastic.
