We have not had Pizza Hut for awhile. We ordered a medium pan supreme and a single cheese bread stick. The crust was terrible, as well as the pizza itself. It was not hot and there was barely any sauce or toppings. I wish I would have looked at it in the store, I would not have taken it. Terrible!

I’ll never spend another dime here. I got to know a new manager that was there named Mark and he always treated me and my wife good. He even helped us to the car a few times bc I’m on a walker. I was recently in and asked about him and the girl bad mouthed him to us and said he was no longer there. With that kind of attitude I got from her I can see why he’s not there. Just so you know we won’t be back either.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I placed an order today and The district manager in the Wheeling wv 26003 office in Elm Grove was very rude to me today I had placed an online pick up order and I guess it didn't go through the payment and I didn't know if I was going to get my payment back so I asked if there was anything that could be done she said she couldn't do anything without the order another customer overheard and offered to pay for my food since I used the last of my money down at pizza hut and then when I thanked the guy and said all I wanted was help she said she wansnt making my order at all and if I didn't leave she was going to call the police you have lost another customer here
