We ordered a pizza at 11pm and it was supposed to be here at 11:32 and they canceled our order 10 mins before they closed, that’s ridiculous service and couldn't even at the least give us a call.

We ordered 2 Alfredo pasta dishes, a 5 piece breadstick, a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, and a pan-fried super supreme. The pasta dishes were below average. The sauce was not mixed into the noodles, so they were all congealed together. They also lacked flavor. The breadsticks were average at best. The stuffed crust pizza was the highlight of the order. No one does stuffed crust better than Pizza Hut. The pan-fried crust seems much different then remembered. It's very thin under the toppings. We actually liked this pizza better cold. The order was correct and the staff was friendly at pick-up.

Pizza Hut in the Grove (Elm Grove, WV) is and has always been an excellent experience. The girls are always engaging in conversations with me and always have a smile for me. The girls, women, ladies, whatever they want me to call them give me a smile every time I'm there to pick up my internet order. Thanks Gals! Keep up the great work!

I would not have even given one star if I was able to rate lower. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived, it was a disaster. Four items were missing from the order. The manager was extremely rude and hostile. She agreed to give me the missing items but insisted that I would have to pay an additional amount for them. I was not paying, because I had already paid for them with my order. Eventually she agreed and gave me the items. However, after arriving home and opening the boxes, we saw that half of the order was wrong. Upon calling to ask that it be corrected, I was told absolutely not. I will not spend another dime at this company. They definitely need to reevaluate a manager that cares so little about their customers.

The pizza was good but it was a little cold. It's a 10 minute to get my pizza. The a pizza with super good. I highly suggest it over Domino's.
Your melts are garbage food at pizza hut is terrible will not eat at any of your restaurants again

Well yikers! I came here a few days ago and before we even came in there were to people on the sidewalk lighting their shirts on fire. When I got inside the waitress immediately spilled apple juice on me, and it got in my left nostril!! Now all I can smell is apple. There were also stains on the floor which is definitely not a welcoming sign. Also the pizza was definitely not made with dough. I think they used a mixture of English muffin and cheese because this was worse than reheated onion. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVET
