Finally, got to try Rachel’s today! I’ve been waiting for years and let me tell you it was worth the wait! I had the breakfast bowl and it was delicious! The potato’s were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection and that HAM 🤤! 12/10 recommend! I will be back to try the Rueben and the hot roast beef! Thanks Rachel & team for the hospitality and fast, friendly service! ❤️

Our first visit to Rachel’s did not disappoint!!!! Felt like having breakfast at your best friend’s house. I think this may be our new favorite place.
Food was perfectly cooked, coffee was strong, and the atmosphere is super comfy. The server, Courtney, was amazing. She had one of those personality’s that is just warm and familiar. We will be back.

Was here yesterday the server had cocky attitude and the coffee was nasty and took over 15 mins before we was even given our menus and was not really any one there and took another 35 mins just get are food I got mine then aouther 10 mins till my man got his food it was gross 1st time we where there was amazing but this time went it sucked never be back aging end up sicker then dam dog

If you’re in the Wheeling area and looking for a great local place for Breakfast, Rachel’s on 16th is an absolute WIN! VERY reasonable and everything was delicious! Breakfast here was half the cost of a chain and MUCH better! Under $8.00 for the photo below!

Breakfast is crowded on the weekends. Packed full and waiting. It’s worth a little wait. The zero form the waitress is fabulous. The owner and his wife cooks home made meals. Parking okay along the street. Clean neighborhood, family friendly.
We are new in town and this was our first breakfast experience in Wheeling. Food was fantastic and phenomenal service! We will be back!

I loved this restaurant. Ratchel, her husband, and the waitress were all so nice and welcoming. We went for lunch. The food portions were very large. I loved everything we ordered. It is real home cooked food made with love. We will be going back very soon.
