Ordered takeout today. The restaurant was very clean, food well prepared, and tasted great. Couldn’t ask for more and will be back.

Stopped in and had the 16th Street Club expecting a normal club sandwich with deli cut meat. Received an amazing sandwich with thick slices of hand-cut ham. Totally worth it! Friendly service for this stranger just passing through. Hope to go back next time in Wheeling!

If you're ever in the Wheeling, WV area or just passing through, you must stop at Rachel's on 16th! The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is tasty, with huge portions and reasonable prices. I had the chance to chat with friendly customers and staff. Definitely worth the stop!

I stopped in here last minute after an appointment next door. They were getting ready to close but they served me. The menu is one of the more affordable menu’s I have seen in a while. I went basic and got the chicken wrap, but it did not disappoint. The chicken was real chicken cooked perfectly and It was served with waffle fries . The place was decorated really cute , and whoever took the pictures of the food on the walls did a great job as all of it looked amazing! Staff were welcoming and I want to go back and try the other menu options!
