Came in for breakfast on a rainy Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. Our waitress Courtney was super welcoming and friendly despite how busy it was. Food was amazing and fast. Courtney continued to check in with us and didn't make us feel like a burden. Very fun vibe with some cool art on the walls. Will definitely stop in again next time we are in town.

Had a really tiring day, and needed a good meal. Went to Rachel’s 30 mins before closing and ordered their Reuben.The waitress was so attentive and kind, and the food came fast. The sandwich was the best Reuben I’ve ever had!! And I am extremely picky about meat.So glad I randomly stopped by, will be back soon!

I just had to stop by to leave a review i was in today for breakfast for my first time and if it had an option for a higher view then 5 stars u sure would get more...well first thing I wanna say is cute little resturant and atmosphere, secondly it was the most welcoming and comfortable atmosphere...3rd thing is that was the best waitress I have ever had (and I've been out to eat alot lol) she was awesome and the sweetest and made u feel welcoming and was great about coming back to the table to see if I needed anything else..i really enjoyed my visit there and oh yeah the food was great also so I guess ill quit rambling on lol but when I'm out and about again I will be back to say hello and get breakfast or lunch so thank u for ur great service and food and I highly recommend Rachels on 16th st.Wheelchair accessibility: Would suggest to have access for this need

We had lunch here, and the food was good. I see good reviews here, maybe we didn't order the good stuff. It wasn't anything to call home about. I wish they used real cheese on my sandwich it was the cheap rubber. But the worst part was someone was smoking in the back and it permeated everything! Ruined the taste of the food.

Had the Belgian Waffles and they were good but the syrup could’ve been warmed up to help melt the butter. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. We will definitely be back. I also loved seeing that concealed carry is encouraged with a sign on the window.

In May 2023 they moved to North Wheeling location, Main Street, sharing newly remodeled Carlitos building. Rachel's will serve breakfast and lunch. Brief close. And Carlitos will do dinner hour.Historic building just north of Wheeling Tunnel, with E-Z access from I-70. Along the Ohio River side of Main Street, by the fire department. Newly remodeled outdoor deck with views of the Ohio River. Take a walking tour of Old Town Victorian Wheeling, either before or after your meal!! (You are just north of the very historic Suspension Bridge, and the site of the 1777 and 1782 Battles at Fort Henry; Betty Zane's run for the gun powder.)
