Food was great. Service was not. I wouldn't even consider them that busy, but waited 30 minutes for a drink. If this were the first time, it wouldn't be a big deal, but it's consistent here, unfortunately. Always the last choice when I'm in Wheeling for a game, and that won't be changing tonight.

Sent my parents here for a special “date night” while they were in from out of town for a show at the Capitol. Made reservations in person and asked for it to be a special night. The restaurant and the waitress were AMAZING. They treated my parents like royalty and made their evening wonderful. Thank you and hats off to everyone at River City. ❤️❤️

I'm giving it a 3/5 which is not bad, but not excellent either.. My family total of 8 came last night to eat mainly crab. Super expensive to eat 3lbs of crab when not in season, so I get the price. It was just ok, maybe over cooked alittle. The brussel sprouts one my family members had was stone cold. Was told they would remake them, think waitress forgot about them .They did after reminding the staff did come out nice and hot, decently prepared. Server was super nice and...
