Ordered General Taos chicken and tasted like fish… had to be old chicken .. we couldn’t eat it and my daughter almost threw up when she took a bite.. when I called to complain the manager offered me 50% off my next order… I think that is unacceptable.. they should have offered a fresh order of the chicken or given me the entire amount back for this issue.. if I am paying $14 + for a dish it should be fresh, not old rotten chicken. Absolutely ridiculous and the OWNER IS COMPLETELY IGNORANT !!
I never write a bad review but after being a loyal customer for many years I have to say that the food is so very disappointing and AWFUL!! The General Tso was so watery and under cooked chicken and very sulfur fishy tasting. I ordered and picked up and first time I called and they wanted food back to replace it. Took it back down to only get the same exact thing. So it wasn’t a busy rush which happens it was it changed and the other reviews people wrote I can back up 100%....read full review
