Wife and I went through I got a small pumpkin spice thing which was good but my wife order a iced brown sugar Expresso and it was undrinkable the amount of cinnamon in it was extreme even for me and I've been dumb enough to put a spoon full in mouth.

1. They barely ever have anyone able to work 2. Mobile ordering is hardly ever available and when it is they take so long to get anything done! 3. They always forget my cold foam I pay for! 4. One time my drink was made then they closed and left so I couldn't even complain my drink was made wrong and an extra item I paid for was missing (hard to miss cold foam)
I will go 7 mins further from now on bc this starbucks is a joke

My last 3 times in, twice "No hot drinks" and once it took 30 minutes from beginning to end. You might as well just close it down.

I am a huge fan of Starbucks and have visited many locations across the USA. I am giving 5 stars to the barista who was working today (07/18/2024 at 6:42 PM). She was completely alone, doing the work of three people, and was visibly exhausted. Despite this, she never let it show to the customers. She treated everyone with kindness and attention, and made the drinks in record time.

I am giving 1 star to the store's management for putting an employee in this situation. I can only believe this is due to greed. What a disrespect.

Went to get a bag of whole bean. I had to wait on staff to notice me. When they did; they took their time from receiving to paying for it. Normally I don't mind waiting a few minutes, but I had to be somewhere within a certain time.
Parking: The parking is shared with Kroger. Starbucks is inside the Kroger Store.

I'm a huge fan of Starbuck & have been to pretty much all of their locations in the area & elsewhere. This particular location, inside Kroger, is ok. There's been several days they've been closed due to low staff, which is a Kroger problem, not starbucks, but it's not a cute look. A lot of my drinks have been made too sweet or just incorrect & some of the staff are a lil rude. Only this particular location. I'd recommend another location for these reasons.
Never get doordash order right. Personally believe they’re mad they don’t get tips for it. But I pay more than I would in store with delivery. Pay them more.

You order a hot coffee and we get star bucks everyday and they give you a supposed to be hot but cold as coffee they have to many new people every day pisses me off we spend a lot off money at Starbucks but now the hell with
