Went to get a bag of whole bean. I had to wait on staff to notice me. When they did; they took their time from receiving to paying for it. Normally I don't mind waiting a few minutes, but I had to be somewhere within a certain time.

I'm a huge fan of Starbuck & have been to pretty much all of their locations in the area & elsewhere. This particular location, inside Kroger, is ok. There's been several days they've been closed due to low staff, which is a Kroger problem, not starbucks, but it's not a cute look. A lot of my drinks have been made too sweet or just incorrect & some of the staff are a lil rude. Only this particular location. I'd recommend another location for...

I am a huge fan of Starbucks and have visited many locations across the USA. I am giving 5 stars to the barista who was working today (07/18/2024 at 6:42 PM). She was completely alone, doing the work of three people, and was visibly exhausted. Despite this, she never let it show to the customers. She treated everyone with kindness and attention, and made the drinks in record time.
