sandwich was so messy it was almost inedible. not toasted correctly. called to store to ask for a refund/remake at a later time because i had to go to work and the manager was no help at all. he said “well when you order extra cheese and extra sauce it’s going to come out.” this is not a problem i have ever had before and this has been my subway order for 10 years 😂.

Store was 1 hour late opening, went back 1 hour later and doors locked at 10 AM. When open I found the staff acted like they were pissed off and not friendly at all. The employees at this Subway truly showed the service you don't want!! WON'T BE RETURNING!!

walked in with very stressed employees 2 of them were arguing about pulling bread while the other dude was being nice as he can be and he almost looked like he was gonna cry, please fix your crew, this is just bad to see

when I first came in, I was not greeted at all and ignored. I was standing there at the counter, and the older lady was just cleaning up the tables and ignoring me until I said, can anyone help me. then another lady came out and she proceeded making my sandwich and had the gloves on, but the same gloves that she wore making my sandwich, she proceeded to work on the computer register with the same gloves on and then stopped and came back to my sandwich and made my sandwich with the same gloves on. when I proceeded to the cash register where she was typing, it was crusty and dirty and she mentioned nothing. This was the most unsanitary place I have ever been to. I will never come to this trash place again

The sub was fortunately good. The three working were complaining about customers not saying thank you when you go the extra mile and the two girls were talking about a customer coming in that they did not like and if the one girl didn't have her subway shirt on she would have kicked her butt. It was just a little uncomfortable.
