I just stood inside Subway for over ten minutes, hearing employees on their phone talking to each other, and wasn’t served. Absolutely sad, why even be open right now?

I usually order online for pick up. My orders have been ready to pick up within 10 to 15min. The only negative thing I can say, is the parking here sucks. It's small and cramped. You have to be careful pulling out not to hit another car.

Online app and google allowed me to place an order. The app showed that they would be open until 9 pm. Show up to pick up my order and the door is locked with the deadbolt, even though the neon open sign is lit up and all of the lights are on. It looked like it had been abandoned by the employees. Paid for my food online prior to picking it up, and never received it. Not only did I not get my sub, I did not get any lunch due to my small lunch break time frame. Called elm grove subway and was told they had received many calls lately about that exact issue.

ordered online today and waited an entire hour to receive two sandwiches. nobody was in the store besides myself and one other person with an online order. the worker ignored the both of us, was rude to her coworker that came in to assist her, and told other customers to leave when they walked through the door. extremely unprofessional

Unbelievably slow service under the new ownership, the last 3 times I was in it was 20 minutes at 12:30-1:00. Used to be much faster. Don’t want to waste my whole lunch in line.

This was one of my favorite Subways, until recently. Now, with the help of its new employees, it has become one of the worst. I stood and waited for service for 20 minutes and I was the only customer. There were 6 employees and only 2 working on the online orders. The one working with the meats and bread had dilated pupils and seemed to be high on something other than THC. It took her nearly 5 minutes just to put peperoni on a 6-inch sub and slurred her speech when she spoke. When this woman asked for help the other employees ignored her and retreated to the back. Eventually a young man came from the back to help, but unfortunately, he also suffered from similar symptoms as her but worked at a faster pace. I will give a positive shout out to a young girl, perhaps a high schooler, with a long ponytail working with the vegetables. She was very kind, helpful and sweet. You could see the embarrassment in her eyes. So, I made it a point to reflect that kindness back.

sandwich was so messy it was almost inedible. not toasted correctly. called to store to ask for a refund/remake at a later time because i had to go to work and the manager was no help at all. he said “well when you order extra cheese and extra sauce it’s going to come out.” this is not a problem i have ever had before and this has been my subway order for 10 years 😂.

Store was 1 hour late opening, went back 1 hour later and doors locked at 10 AM. When open I found the staff acted like they were pissed off and not friendly at all. The employees at this Subway truly showed the service you don't want!! WON'T BE RETURNING!!

walked in with very stressed employees 2 of them were arguing about pulling bread while the other dude was being nice as he can be and he almost looked like he was gonna cry, please fix your crew, this is just bad to see
