All the employees are always standing outside smoking. Ive seen up to five of them standing around doing nothing. They should take the time to clean for once because this place is disgusting. Ive heard that there are roaches running around. They put the minimum effort into making the food and it always comes out terrible. Its impressive that this Subway is still open because Ive never met anyone who had a good experience here.

Laziest subway crew I've ever personally experienced or witnessed. They hate to see people come through the door. They literally close the inside and only do drive through so you can't see how sloppy they are when makin sandwich. If you ask for double 2x meat they'll give you 1.5x which is deluxe and charge you for double meat, because they think you won't notice because the meat and cheese is hidden behind stainless when getting put on even when inside ordering. The reason I like subway is because I can see how my sandwich made. And they are clearly trying to take that away by closing inside and blocing veiw to meat and cheese...

I stopped by on my lunch hour, used kiosk to order. Left off three items from my sandwich. Thought it felt light when he handed it to me as this is my regular order at other SUBWAYS. Called immediately but no answer. So stopped back 2 hours later after my shift ended. Counter person argued with me was terribly rude and demanded I show her my sandwich even though I had a reciept. I went out and got the sandwich and she still refused to help and went into back to call manager. Five mins later returns with my reciept pulled and says this is from two hours ago and you ate half the sandwich, there's not a reason to even issue a refund. Sassy to say the least and not at all professional. I would never return to this ELM GROVE SUBWAY. $16 FOR ONE SANDWICH COMBO AND CAN'T EVEN EAT IT

Drive thru touch screen actually worx very well and is accurate and my order has yet to be wrong.. can't say that for the talk through speakers always getting my order wrong!!

Ive been going to this location for about a year as it’s the closest to my home. I’ve never had an experience w a MALE employee where they didn’t make me feel stupid the whole time I was ordering. Saying things such as can I have this type of cheese and them responding “yeah that’s kinda what comes on it” while rolling their eyes or straight up laughing at me for asking a question. Idk what the problem is but if a man is making my sandwich there I never leave happy w the service.The ladies there are VERY nice but still slack in the following directions and making a good sandwich.Basically, don’t come here or you’ll leave disappointed in one way or another. Whether it’s the service or the taste of the food, never had a good experience overall here.They won’t even refund you when your sandwich is wrong. I had to throw a whole fit to get my money back when my sandwich was inedible.

Worse customer service I have ever received!! I didn’t order at the touch screen because it was pouring down rain and never used one before so I just drove up hoping to just order at window! Lobby said open till 9 but it was815 and was closed! As I pulled up a woman opened the window and said you’re lucky I came to the window because anyone else would have slammed the window in your face! I said really??? Explained to her why I drove up and asked if I could just place my order! She just stared at me I said there is someone behind me! She said ok but next time use the screen! I ordered a steak sub she rolled her eyes and said I hope you don’t want a foot long I only have enough for a 6 inch!! I ordered something else!! I can’t believe how rude she was I will never go back!!!
