The best experience ever. The crew were not just fast but we're genuinely happy and in a good mood and having fun while doing work. I didn't see anyone standing around, the place was clean, and the food was good with just a minutes wait. I look forward to coming here again especially if it's the crew that's in there right now (1/9/25 11:30am) these people need a raise or something I give all of them props. I know working fast food is tough but these people madee wanna come work here.

Every time i go to this taco bell, it's a mess. The staff is rude and honestly the gm is very off putting, no one seems to care about anything, and my order is always getting mixed up. i asked the assistant manager for help once, and she was literally vaping inside while customers were waiting. The whole place just feels unprofessional, and the food is either wrong, soggy, or cold. It’s frustrating every single time, and I’m done coming back.

It was horrible the manager and assistant was very rude I got my good very late and they was yelling a lot at their employees and when I asked for help the staff was very rude about it and got the manager on ho didn't help me at all. It just seemed like they was more worried about flirting with the staff the manager for reminder and didn't care about the customer service I will never return there again and I hope ppl never be unfortunate enough to apply there yo work because the work atmosphere was off didn't look like none of the employees wanted to be there hope you guys can hire a better manager or hiring manager thanks!

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I had an extremely rude interaction with the general manager. Then was proceeded to be given a joke of an order not only did they get my order wrong but when they fixed it the quality of the food they should be embarrassed and ashamed to serve customers. Run far away from this establishment go literally anywhere else.
Horrible staff and horrible food. If they dont like you they will purposely mess up your order or call the cops on you! The staff, especially the general manager are very rude and thrive off of making valued paying customers feel bad. Not worth a dime in my opinion. They let drug addicts shoot up in there bathroom and hit their vapes inside!!! I do NOT recommend!

I took a trip there a few days ago and it was terrible. The gm there was terrible to their workers and to the customers and the food was terrible. It's one of the worst taco bells I've been to. That gm was aweful.

Ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme, and it looked like it had been assembled by someone wearing a blindfold. The taco shell was a crumbled mess, the lettuce had the enthusiasm of a houseplant in a closet, and the cheese was more of a suggestion than an actual ingredient. The hot sauce packets were the only thing holding it together emotionally, and even they seemed over it.
If chaos were a meal, this would be a 5-star masterpiece. But since I was looking for food and not an existential crisis, 1 star.
