They said they ran out of tacos. An refunded the order and was rude to the doordasher never again will I order from them. They are a taco place how you gonna run out the food your sell. Should make it to were you can't order it and thats facts. Now I gotta to figure out what to get my kid

pulled up to the drive thru and said i needed a minute to look at the menu. the girl taking my order was extremely rude. i ask for nacho fries and she says they’re out for the night which i had no problem with. she also said they’re were out of nacho cheese which i also understand. but the way she was talking to me was straight up ignorant. i got fiesta potatoes knowing i wasn’t gonna have the nacho cheese, a chicken enchilada burrito and a double stack taco. the fiesta potatoes barely had any sour cream on them and were cold. the burrito was cold and the tortilla was like old and crusty. i didn’t even eat the taco hahaha. it would just be nice to be treated a little better and get okay quality food. not asking for much. i try to give people the benefit of the doubt and i don’t even want to sound like a karen but i’ve never experienced this before.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I never write reviews, usually dont care enough. But this is now the 4th time in a row they messed up my order, leaving out full on items, making the item wrong, and even putting meat in vegan option orders. Never spending money here again!

June 4th 2025 around 7:30p.m went to done in an placed my order got my order cheese for nachos and cheese is half empty the manger said that's how it comes two pumps. I said the picture shows it full an that's what I want because that's y I got it. He said well everything looks better in pictures. I said no that's false advertising. Lying to me to get me to buy something. Then my Mexican pizza didn't have sour cream an instead of them checking the screens I had to pull up my receipt even tho I never left the building an they just made my order I've worked fast food u can check the previous orders on the screens so had to pull that up to prove I paid for sour cream I didn't get by then my Mexican pizza is soggy so I asked for a fresh pizza an they all got butthole hurt but yet little dude n back made it mind u the whole time I've been standing their waiting for someone to pay attention to me so I could ask for my sour cream while my pizza was getting soggy everyone that was working was to busy singing together never missed a word for almost 3whole songs. So it seems not only can they not hear customers but they r more worried about singing then doing their jobs. But by the time he remade my pizza he was putting it n a bag idk y because we r dining in remember but he dropped the bag with the pizza off the table caught it with his knee so everything on top of the pizza was coming out the side of the box so I asked if he couldn't make me another one everyone their was butthole hurt like what's wrong with it. I said besides all the toppings r off of it? Can I get a new one made correctly this time. That Lil dude was a smart ass an took his time an barely cut the pizza it wasn't even cut through an not only that it tasted like chemicals so I didn't eat it once I tasted chemicals because y risk it. This place sucks management sucks everyone needs replaced do not go here unless u want to waste ur money an want ur food half ass done. Ridiculous fire them all even manger. Update 6-5-25 woke up around midnight sick AF coming out both ends. This place put something in my food that tasted like chemicals an now I'm sick so far almost 24 hours, I pray I don't have to go to er but I will update to make sure others know the truth. Stay away don't eat taco Bell at this location anyways. In case u have kids an don't want them sick AF both ends. Beware

Just order at the Counter. Because using the kiosk and entering all the info after picking your food order, Does..Not..Matter, As I put Dine In, My name they need to call out when order is ready. BUT nope none of that happened and my kids and husband were on the fat side so I thought maybe I should go ans see why it's taking so long, And as i get up there.. it's sitting On the DoorDash side Shelf , ON A DAMN Tray and the food all laying out on it. The training is way below par as these were 19-22 year olds in group dynamic that stood at the counter and Yelled me for grabbing my food. I said we'll maybe you should learn to Read and not let it sit for 19 minutes uncovered on a tray that you put off to the Side for a Door Dash driver to what deliver a tray of loose food?! 🤔

I order food from Doors dash and two of the three items were wrong. I went to the facility to have the order fixed. Once there an employee told me that I will most likely have to go though doors dash to get it fixed, but she will double checked with the manager. The manager came out and told me the same thing, but he would have my order remade. I then proceeded to call door dash customer service while waiting for my order. After that the manager came back out and had my new order ready. While I was on the phone with the customer service representative, I went through my bag to see if the order was right and notice the cheesy roll ups that were made were pretty badly smashed and distorted. I brought this up with the employees and was told that's just how they were made. One employee got pretty mad and told me (Ill just remake them) very rudely and stormed off. Then another employee came over to the counter and told me that's just how they are made. Even after I showed them what they looked like they dismissed it and walked away. I don't think I've ever been treaded so rudely by any fast food or restaurant. Its just cheese rolled up in a tortilla. How hard can it be? Well, I would recommend anyone not to go here till they get things fixed with their staff and their service. Most likely I will not be going back here even if they do get better.

Never going here again. Stopped in on Sunday and when I got my soda it tasted like mildew/mold and I've been feeling sick ever since then. I about spit it out during the first few sips.
