Great food but inflation has jacked up prices and between portion sizes and price it's hard to justify spending almost 25 dollars for a meal for one. To be fair this is found at every fast food place.

How in the hell do you run out of beef and steak? Your taco bell for God sake. You sell 3 types of meats. How hard is it to keep a stock going as a commercial chain? Not to mention I've NEVER in my life sat in a drive thru line as long as I have tonight. 4 cars Infront of me and took over 45 minutes to complete the drive thru process. On top of it all, they only gave me 2;of my 4 items I ordered .This place is a joke, and I won't be returning.

I had a mobile order, saw they were busy so I sat and waited for them to put it in the mobile order station. I waited 20 minutes. Walked up to the counter and said I have a mobile order. They had it sitting behind them on top of their toaster. They also missed an entire meal. Them forgetting things in my group orders isn't anything new. But I would like a box for the boxed meals. The food has also gone downhill. I don't think it's fresh or just not prepared right.

This is the worst of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. The wait time is so long it should not qualify as fast food. The food itself is prepared sloppily, and is often cold or completely broken/falling apart. The people are not friendly. The music is too loud.

Never go inside to order here. If you do, they will make you wait 20+ minutes while serving any drive thru that comes through while you wait.When I addressed the issue with one of the employees he just looked at me, turned to a fellow employee, said something under his breath and walked away without a word to me.I ended up having someone else refund me and went next door to TJ's, got a seat, ordered, and received my food in less time than I waited at Taco Bell.

I like taco bell in general & since it is the closest i do continue to go but every single time my order is messed up EVERY SINGLE time & i go/door dash there a good chunk of the month

My husband and I went to get food after a concert (we were staying in a hotel across the street) and come to find out they only had 2 people working and it took 45 mins to get our food. And when we got back to the hotel the food was cold and my husband's food was made wrong.
I called because they messed up my order and didn’t realize until I got home. Spoke to the manager and she hung up on me when I asked if I could be refunded for the messed up item.
