As someone who’s worked in the food and bar industry for years, this place by far has the best martinis I’ve ever tried. And the owners are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. 10/10.

This is my favorite hidden gem in Wheeling. We stop in weekly and the quality is always delicious and consistent. Dave and Rebecca use high quality ingredients and take pride in their handcrafted cocktails. There are a lot of happy, returning customers and we have made some great friends in their warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this stop for a great local experience!

I had to give one star to write a review. My husband and I stopped for the first time this evening. We took a seat at the bar and we suddenly seemed to become invisible! We sat there about 10 minutes and not either one of the people working said a thing. Not a be with you in a minute, hi, how you doing, NOTHING! One person stopped to get something right in front of me, looked me in the eye and turned away. They even took time to wash glasses. We got up and walked out, and will never go back! Terrible place! Total garbage!

I haven't tried the food yet. The cocktails were delicious. They have an excellent bourbon selection. The service was a little slow. However, there were only two bartenders for an event and the regular bar patrons. They were doing the best they could given the circumstances. I would definitely come here again. $10 minimum for credit cards.

A nice spot we chose to stop and sample their cocktails and some great pub food. I was extremely impressed with the interior and exterior motif and their knowledge of the huge selection of bourbons and their craftsmanship in creating cocktails - especially The Foundry Old Fashioned.
