My husband and I had the chipotle chicken burrito, steak burrito, and chicken bowl. Everything was delicious and fresh and the portions are huge! Definitely recommend this food truck!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had just gotten back from Aguascalientes Mexico when I stopped by here, The Gringo STILL served me the BEST tacos I’ve ever had. It’s an hour away from my college, and an hour back so two hours roundtrip? I still swing by this place atleast once a month cause it’s simply? The best. AND THEIR STEET CORN? Nacho Libre WISHES!

Great staff and better food. The owner puts effort into selecting healthy ingredients and it shows. They also gave out free food to first responders for several weeks following the severe flooding in 2025. Highly recommend to anyone looking to support a great local business!

I died and went to heaven trying The Gringos Tacos today for the first time for lunch! My 7 year old said that’s the only place she will ever eat a quesadilla, ever again 😆 I guess moms are no longer good enough for her 🤣 great place! Definitely recommend! 😊

Have passed by this food a few times while visiting my dad. Finally got to stop and eat. Has a good variety on the menu. Food is cooked to order, so you may have to wait a bit. The meat on the tacos was juicy and good.
