We were the only ones in there and ordered 5 Frap drinks with no coffee for 5 tweens.. There were 3 workers and they all made themselves a drink first before ours. Then one worker made the 5 drinks while the other two drank their drink and talked about how they didn’t need coffee since they are young even though we got no caffeine in them, and it took 28 minutes to get our drinks…
Most inconsistent place I've ever been to and is never open at 7am like it says they are. You'll be lucky if its open by 7:15 to be honest. Coffee is great by one person then next time its terrible. If there are more than 4 people waiting on coffee then its gonna be a 30 minute wait for mediocre coffee. Have given more than enough chances to get better but nothing has changed, if anything its gotten worse!! I won't be back!!

I ordered tomato soup and a grilled cheese which took a while to get due to her making several coffees whiel my sandwichmade. The soup was ok... but the sandwich was burnt to a crisp. I can small it burning , and she still gave it to me like it wad perfectly fine.I was not about to wait longer for another sandwich and def will not be returning.

for quality, yes. for timeliness.... not a chance. 20 minutes waiting on a hot caramel coffee and still no drink.... one Barista for a busy saturday is absurd. if no staff, owners should step up. poor girl looks like shes about to have a mental break down. this saddens me.

Do not support this business.Horrible service and all 3 drinks I got were not good! The caramel apple smoothie was watery and had no sugar whatsoever and we wanted to exchange it for something half way decent and they made us pay half for a terrible tasting peanut butter smoothie that was hot and nasty. The cashier and baristas had no respect, 0 customer service, terrible personality. 7-10 dollars for a drink. Goodluck to them.

I got a lemonade here it was very good. The other drinks looked and smelled very good. It was very quick too.
Saw so many positive reviews & was really looking forward to trying it out. It was honestly the worst food I’ve ever paid for. $14 for this. Soup tasted like it was from a can, grilled cheese was burnt to a crisp on both sides. So disappointing.

Paid $10 for a Turkey sandwich that literally had ONE piece of turkey in it. I’m not exaggerating. What a rip off. Got an iced latte that I couldn’t even taste the coffee. Once ordered a shot of espresso… they didn’t even pull it fresh. It was already made and handed to me luke warm. If they put the same effort into their food and coffee they way they do all the games and kitschy decor, they’d get my business. Never again. What an obscene waste of cash. This wasn’t once, I’ve been ripped off by their lake luster food and drinks multiple, multiple times. I’m the idiot for thinking it would somehow magically be worth the money if I gave it another chance. Over it.

the best latte i’ve ever had and the employee was so sweet and helpful!! the cold foam was soooo good and it had a really generous amount. they had a giant menu you can def find something you want and a lot of sugar free options which was so nice
