This was our go to restaurant years ago when in Wheeling....and after dining there again recently..it hasn't lost its touch for great food and great service..steaks were done to perfection..mashed potatoes were to die for..asparagus was tender and delicious..and dessert, the chocolate cake..moist and the perfect icing on the cake..our waitress Tammy was very accommodating and on the ball..overall a great experience..we will be back..my kudos to the chefs!

The food and service were wonderful. They need to make the entrance separate from the casino or have the doors closed and a better air filtration system, because the cigarette smell was awful.

probably the best restaurant in Wheeling. As far as steaks go, you will not find a better one. As far as drinks they are strong, the best specialty drinks around. Our server, Tammy, was incredible. Definitely will recommend to anyone and everyone based on my experience here. we have tried every “new" and classic restaurant around Wheeling area but discluded the casino, but we wanted to try it. The prime rib was fantastic, the NY strip was grilled to perfection and has a great crust/seasoning. Totally blown away! Someone else said that this restaurant was on par with Columbus or Pittsburgh steakhouses and I would have to agree.

Have been going to Wheeling for many years but have never went to The Pointe. Our experience was extraordinary and we will most certainly return. From the service to the food was absolutely superb. Our group of 6 were promptly seated and served immediately. I ordered the caprese salad as a starter and it was perfect. My main was the halibut with risotto and was truly one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. The rest of the group all ordered steak and they all were cooked to perfection. Our server was so sweet and her service was impeccable. The restauraunt manager was so kind and inviting. I suggest if you are visiting Wheeling most definitely go to The Pointe as i can not wait to go back.

I had the 8 oz fillet and my wife had the 8 oz lobster 🦞 tail. Both were great 👍. We also split a wedge salad and it was more than enough for both of us 😀

honestly one of the best steaks ever prepared and cooked to perfection!!! my boyfriend and i dined here tonight for a different experience yet close to home since we are both from the valley and after almost 35+years in the industry, i have to admit the flavor and quality of preparation, presentation and delivery was outstanding!!!! I had the filet gorgonzola crusted medium and my boyfriend had his straight prepared med well.. vICTOR DID A GREAT JOB ON POINT WITH TEMPS AND TAMMY PROVIDED PROMPT AND attentive service. A TRUE DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!!!!! definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a savory flavor and perfectly cooked meal!!!! Thank you guys you made our night memorable!!!!

AMAZING lobster Mac and cheese!! Josh makes it creamy, flavorful with lots of lobster. After the concerts, it is our habit to slip in here. Get a back booth with Seirra as our waitress and indulge ourselves. Fantastic service, atmosphere and people!
