We made reservations and felt glad we did. When arrived there was a large party table being set up. Even with that, we felt very valued and not rushed and served in a timely manor! Tammy our server offered suggestion and knowledgeablely answered questions. The food was out of this world delicious and prepared expertly. When the bill came we were pleasantly surprised it was comparable and not crazy expensive. The temperature of the restaurant was perfect and comfortable. It was clean. The staff was all friendly. We will definitely return in the future.

Everything was first rate⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Food was delicious and Tammy was outstanding! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Menu selections were plentiful. I'll be back on Friday with other friends!

We celebrated our 15th Wedding Anniversary over the weekend on Saturday evening. Our dinner was amazing and our Waitress, Rebecca is just the Best!!! She's a Doll!!!!!

Pretty typical non-Vegas casino steakhouse. Probably a little below average compared to some others I have ate at. But in Wheeling, it is one of the best places to eat at. They don't appear to get a lot of business. I know they renovated the restaurant a few years back but I don't care for how the tables are arranged or the ambience in general. The food is fine, but I don't think as good as it once was. Presentation is also lacking in some of the dishes. Mashed potatoes were severed in an ice cream dish, which seemed very strange to me. The bar being on the outside of the restaurant is another weird aspect to it. So if you wanted to sit at the bar to have a drink in the restaurant waiting on a table, that isn't an option.

The Pointe never disappoints. Our servers were very attentive to our needs. The food presentation was lovely as well as delicious.

My wife took me here for my 40th birthday. The host, Glenn, was friendly and welcoming and checked on us during our meal. Our waitress, Tammi, was very kind, helpful and prompt. Upon our arrival i was given a nice birthday card signed from the staff. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The lobster bisque was the best I’ve ever had and the steak was perfectly cooked. My wife loved the salmon! After dinner I received a complimentary piece of delicious chocolate cake. The whole experience was fantastic!

The Pointe has high quality steaks. And their seafood is fantastic. But literally everything they serve is delicious. From the plentiful bread basket to the appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The wait staff is so nice. Friendly and efficient.

My partner's sisters were visiting from New York and we brought them to The Point Sea and Steak. I had been going to this restaurant for a number of years pre-Covid and over time the quality of the food and service significantly declined. However, the restaurant is back and I would say in stellar form. Our waitress checked with the kitchen and accommodated every request. The drinks were good. The fried green tomatoes were well done. The Lobster Bisque was a hit at our table as were the jumbo lump crab cakes. The braised short ribs were well done. One of my partner's sisters ordered a New York Strip steak with no seasoning (no salt, pepper, etc.). She was astounded at the quality of the meat (there were no leftovers). The wild mushroom risotto was bland, not something I would get again (only had it as a side). For dessert we spit the carrot cake, a very nice ending to dinner. After dinner we had a very nice chat with the manager so we could compliment our waitress' quality and helpfulness. I always hope for an expresso machine but the restaurant is not quite there yet. Overall we had a very positive dining experience, the food and service were great. I would say, at this point (The Point) best restaurant in the area.

Had a great dinner. They were very busy. Food came out perfect. Bone in ribeye, lobster tail, filet,sweet potato and mushroom risotto. We also had a wedge salad and a strawberry salad. Finished by sharing a piece of chocolate cake. All were delicious. Rebecca was our server and she never disappoints. She is always fantastic!!
