The place also smelled like sewer, inside and out.Like i said the food was great but doubt if we go back

Great little placed tucked into the hill. Awesome service. Awesome food. Funnel Fries with raspberry sauce tastes just like a jelly filled donut. We also got loaded fries, would also love to try with tater tots; mozzarella sticks, and a Hawaiian quesadilla, along with sweet teas-not overly sweet.
I saw this place on Facebook and I thought I'd go check it out and I got to tell you it really lived up to to my expectations. I found out that they started their business about a month ago and things are really moving forward. I's a beautifully done bar/grill and you can't beat the portion size of the food not only does it look great but it tastes phenomenal They have eating accommodations inside and outside and full bar. Stop by and give them a try in Wheeling West Virginia on Ruth Avenue.

I stopped at The Rose Garden today and picked up lunch. Wow! I got loaded pork french fries. They were so good. Loaded with cheese and pork. I also got an order of jalapeño poppers.100% best I've ever had. The breading was thick and they were loaded with rich crramy cheese. The icing on the top was the raspberry dipping sauce. I've never had anything like it.Everything was hot and fresh.I did not dine in but the place was stunning. Great place to have afternoon lunch or go for an evening out with friends. They had many vivid big screen tv's, outdoor seating with a huge yard with a bocce ball court and corn hole. This place is a new hidden gem in the Ohio Valley! It's off the beaten path up in Mozart, but it's at the end of a lane with a huge parking lot.If you get a chance stop in.
