Everytime my boyfriend and I visit West Virginia we always make sure to drop by Tims! Overall great experience and we'll definitely be back next time!! What we ordered: Chicken Panini Meal w chips and a Caramel CAP BLT Croissant Meal w a donut and a Sprite I did order some timbits and a donut so the total came out around $29ish

First time ever at a Tim Hortons. Long story short I had a pick up order. Waited 15 mins and they still didn’t have it prepared. Waited another few minutes still no order. I walked out after they still didn’t have the order right. Get it together Tims!

First time at this location. The food was very good but they forgot all of our hash browns and almost forgot to give us our drinks. Once I got my meal and drink I realized everything had cheese on it and my cold brew was made with cold foam and whole milk. Which is very delicious but I unfortunately can’t have dairy. Especially not on a 2 hour drive. They were very busy I will admit but as someone who has worked in coffee shops, that is something that I wouldn’t let slide. I hope this review reaches management and that is something the staff can all work on to try and remember.

I’m originally from buffalo where we have a Tim Hortons on every block. When i moved here i expected a great experience like ive had before. I was sadly disappointed numerous times because every time I've visited, the staff working has been incredibly rude. I’ve never been to a fast food location where the staff is consistently rude every time i go through there. This is not a unique experience i’ve had several friends experience the same. Do better.

When you eat a horrible turkey/bacon club and noticed at the drive thru, you are literally the only customer, that is pretty bad. 🤢

I'm a little embarrassed to admit I'm here way more than I should be. Easily a 5 from me. Clean location. Clean restroom. Food is good. Coffee is good. The staff are AWESOME! That morning staff, definitely makes my mornings more pleasurable. Mornings are rough, so thank you for that!
