If you get a small coffee with whipped cream, they will charge you $1.09 extra just for the whipped cream. Its halarious. How do they stay in business and who goes there? Now that Dunkin' is down the street, I don't think this place will last too long the way they are going. Everything is expensive and their donut selection is so small compared to what it used to be a couple years ago.

Nothing extraordinary except the Tim Bits mini donut balls are great for kids. I redeemed a coupon that offered any fountain drink or iced coffee $1.00. total bill $1.87, extra charge for the cream n sugar. Always more pricey than advertised!
Never gets order correct and always leaves our sides. They don’t offer you your receipt so you can’t go back in and tell them the order is wrong. Everyone seems miserable and not friendly.

My wife and I were in West Virginia for an event, and since we were coming from Canada it was a very welcoming sight to see a Tim Hortons.
The Staff were very friendly and the food and drink were just like being back at home.
I'm glad to start my morning with this tim hortons while out of town.
