I chose this place because it was across the street from the hotel I was staying at, and it ended up being one of the best meals I have ever had. The Reuban burger was perfectly pink. The coleslaw was better than my grandma used to make, and I didn't think that was possible.

And let's talk about the strawberry shortcake...this cake was so good I am honestly planning a family vacation back here just to eat this freaking cake again.

10/10 stop here and eat the strawberry shortcake if you find yourself near here.

Two of A kind

We called for carry out and we were told “We can’t take a carry out order. We are too busy.” Wait, what? So we asked if we came in to place a carry out order, would that be ok? The girl LAUGHED and hung up. TJs turning down money? That’s wild. That’s not the Boury way! Boy, times have certainly changed.

TJ's is one of the best places to eat in Wheeling. The food is always good, the service is great, and the atmosphere is perfect for someone who likes watching sports or just hanging out with friends at the bar.

Server was kind, fast and accurate. Buffalo chicken wrap was delicious, fries were HOTT!

Place was not busy, no line, empty tables, TV's were really blaring, Dinner took forever and the some, over an hour, some food came cold, some just not good, and worse yet was the Hot Fudge Cakes looked like VOMIT, it was a bad experience. I think it was worse then when I got served raw frozen chicken.

This is the most overpriced, overrated restaurant in Wheeling. The quality of the food is so low and nothing is worth the price. The coleslaw is the only “good” food here. They are selling themselves on the atmosphere and nothing else. There are MUCH better sports bars in the area, actually very close to this location… go there.

I recently started going to this place regularly. I am not a big sports or bar fan, but I do enjoy this place. The service has always been fantastic when I go. The food is always good. They also give you free popcorn, which is very unique and quirky. The only main issue that I have with it is that it can be too loud at times. They have a small arcade and there are always sports on the TV.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly items.

Service slow, food “lacking”. Used to be great place, not so much anymore. Sad, I remember when place was “hoping “ 😢

My wife and I went here for my birthday. Upon entry, we had a small wait with the hostesses really moving and making sure people were seated. The tables were cleaned. Upon being seated, we had a longer wait as our waitress was fairly new. We ordered our drinks, and as the waitress came back for our orders, she had forgotten them, had gone back and grabbed. My wife had ordered the reuben and tots as I ordered their new cheeseburger reuben and fries. The food was delivered pretty quickly. My wife's reuben had very little dressing on her sandwich, and I wasn't sure if it even was put on but was glad we got extra on the side. My cheeseburger reuben (where do I start). It was good and a good concept, but the patty seemed a little dry and had no cheese on the patty. The corned beef also did not have cheese on it either as there was no Russian sauce on my sandwich either but it was on the side. I would make sure there is cheese on the burger patty and on top of the sauerkraut with dressing on both sides of the bread(my suggestion that's all). Other than that, it was an OK night. We will be back as we come back every other month.

I don't know why their rating is only 4.1. We were traveling through and stayed at the Hampton across the street. Didn't feel like driving anymore so we walked there. Atmosphere would be fantastic for football season, tvs everywhere. Nice bar area. Looks to be an arcade area for kids, although we didn't go in that room. We got mini burgers, zucchini app, hot cheese balls app, and a hot fudge cake. Everything was wonderful. AND they had diet Mt Dew on tap, my fav. We will come here over and over again if we pass through. If I lived here it would be my go to.

Kid-friendliness: A section with arcade games.
