We stopped by while visiting the area and tried the make-your-own pho/ramen bowls; and wow, so good! Even my picky kid enjoyed it. The meats (and even the tofu!) were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The bowls aren’t huge, but the taste totally makes up for it. Delicious and definitely worth a visit!
We are so lucky to have these delicious noodles in Wheeling, WV. Every meal has been so fresh with the absolute perfect flavors!! My mouth is watering just writing this review!

My partner and I dined here two days in a row—and we’ll absolutely be back again. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional. As a self-proclaimed spice lover, I learned a humbling (and slightly fiery) lesson about their chili oil on day one. It was intense… and absolutely delicious.
The next day, I built my own bowl with zero added spice to establish what I now call my “flavor baseline”—and even without the heat, I was blown away. The depth, balance, and quality of the ingredients speak for themselves.

Fantastic food and service! The customizable bowls are a great price for the quality and quantity you get! The variety of add-ins is also very good and makes it hard to pick! The chili oil is made in house and has a good kick. It adds great flavor and leaves a satisfying (not painful) spice to your meal. The broth was also AMAZING! I need it bottled. The service was wonderful! The waitress was super helpful and we were Wheeling Noods Noobs. The kitchen was also very quick at preparing our food. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy. 10/10 highly recommend and we will be back! ☺️ So glad we have this here!

Some of the best ramen you'll have around, and im not saying that because its one of the closest places to get a good bowl of genuine ramen noodles but because they actually put in the effort and time to craft each bowl to your liking. Ive been to several restaurants that serve ramen and i have to say this place knows what they are doing.
Also if you are sick and need a harty homemade soup drop by this place!!

The ramen is always fresh with a broth that’s full of flavor, and the portions are big enough to leave you satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a place with great vibes, friendly staff, and delicious food you gotta give this a try. This place always has a warm welcoming atmosphere and the food is reasonably priced while often quick out of the kitchen. The meats have an excellent flavor that is expanded on greatly by the broth while the noodles absorb every flavor giving you the opportunity to savor each bite. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. It's become a part of my weekly routine.

Glutten free noddles were offered, and they were knowledgeable about a wheat allergy. Other noddles too that my friend said were excellent. It was very tasty. You can pick choices of meat and vegetables, if desired. Waitress offered excellent service and attention to us. Very good experience. Very filling with generous servings.
