We visit your Arby's Drive thru on Southland Drive, Fairmont, WV very often. Until the past couple of month's, there have been no problems. But now, there is almost always something missing from our order, and since you tape the bag closed, it's difficult to check. Since the whole order is on the register slip that is attached to the bag, there is no reason to have any missing items. We're still charge for the items, but don't get them. Today it was a cheery turnover. Why are so many of the restaurants being so careless with the drive thru orders?

The Hawaiian fish sandwich with cheddar is delicious. Only one pertain ahead of me but the wait was long. Maybe 8 mins. Drive thru gal was very pleasant with a smile.

The strawberry milkshake is phenomenal!! The restaurant was very clean and organized. The staff looked well kept, very friendly, and helpful. Best yet, the given Military Discount, which most places are shying away from. GREAT JOB ARBY'S!!!
It was good for a quick, decent fast food meal after errands were done. Young staffer at counter had a bad summer cold. She handled the money, and gave me my order. I now have her cold. She was sneezing, coughing,.. should NOT have been working. I know, no work, no pay. BUT......!!!

The only complaint I really have from our visit today was that I specifically ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal from the drive through and they gave me a chicken sandwich instead and did not even put chicken tenders on the reciept.
