We visit your Arby's Drive thru on Southland Drive, Fairmont, WV very often. Until the past couple of month's, there have been no problems. But now, there is almost always something missing from our order, and since you tape the bag closed, it's difficult to check. Since the whole order is on the register slip that is attached to the bag, there is no reason to have any missing items. We're still charge for the items, but don't get them. Today it was...
The strawberry milkshake is phenomenal!! The restaurant was very clean and organized. The staff looked well kept, very friendly, and helpful. Best yet, the given Military Discount, which most places are shying away from. GREAT JOB ARBY'S!!!
It was good for a quick, decent fast food meal after errands were done. Young staffer at counter had a bad summer cold. She handled the money, and gave me my order. I now have her cold. She was sneezing, coughing,.. should NOT have been working. I know, no work, no pay. BUT......!!!
