I love Chipotle as a chain, but this location is by far the worst one I have ever been in. Since I’m local and want them to succeed, I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt for months in the hopes they would finally measure up to the Chipotle standards I’m used to. They are not, and they seem to be getting worse instead of better. Tonight at 6:15 pm they were out of brown rice, steak, carnitas, shredded cheese and were on the dregs of the barbacoa. There appeared to be four people there “working” but none were preparing any replacement food, and none were emptying over full trash containers or cleaning up messy tables, countertops etc. When I asked if I could substitute queso for the shredded cheese they were out of, the de facto “manager” told me “no, that would cost extra”. I rolled my eyes and my wife and I quickly ate our sparse barbacoa crunchy tacos and went home still hungry. I’m done with this location until they start getting good reviews. I’ve never had issues like this in other Chipotle locations all over the country. This one deserves to go out of business, unfortunately.

This place is not it. check Mi Pueblo instead. They were out of chips, guac, steak, cheese, the list goes on. The lemonade was watered down and did not make it properly. Overall would not recommend.

The store is completely dirty and messy, they don't use the serving implements properly; everything looks messy and the employees are very slow and have little desire to provide good service. I have been to many Chipotles in different cities and this has been the worst experience. It's strange because this location is relatively new.

I’m so happy Fairmont has a Chipotle. The food and service are great. Using the app makes ordering easy. They might not always have everything in stock, but I look beyond that. It gives me the opportunity to try something different.

Got a burrito bowl with brisket. Rice portion was small as well as the meat. The brisket was burnt and crunchy and horrible. . Completely out of fresh tomato salsa which is a main additive for me. For over $13, it was a complete waste. Won’t be back.

Portions small for price, never stocked with food, the lines are ridiculous for one person to be working the line slowly and the other people in a complete daze in the kitchen. The bar is disgusting. Never wiped down. Trash overflowing, tables never clean. I waited 10 minutes for someone to wait on me and had several workers just walk right past me and not say a word to me. I actually had to ask if someone could wait on me. Atrocious! I will not be back

half of ingredients out of stock, which probably honestly saved my life as i would not trust their guac or lettuce. the gallon of hot sauce dumped on my bowl is probably going to be the only thing preventing a stomach parasite. will follow up with any updates on that.

I want to believe that it was a bad night when we ordered food from this restaurant last night. But the other reviews tell me this store and the management is the problem. The manager hung up on us when we called to let them know that they put two tiny pieces of chicken on our bowl. He made us sound like we’re stupid for expecting more from a literal bowl and then hung up on us. There is a way that a manager should act regarding a bad experience; it comes with the job. if you can’t handle mediating these type of situations, don’t be a manager. It really is that simple. We won’t be going back to this location. Stay away unless you want to be gaslit into thinking you’re the problem for wanting what you paid for.
