Firehouse Subs Fairmont Plaza

Associate rude. I placed order on door dash at 6:50 or so. I call at 7:30 and the Associate was so rude and disrespected and not solving I hung up. I call back it 8:30. Same associate with some.kind of accent lied.and said he was behind. Ok 2 hours behind you shouldn't have that job. I will NOT EVER do business with this store.

Always loved this place because they would cater to me and make my sandwich how I like it, but since the foreigners took over service is nowhere near the same. I have ate here every week for years but today is my last visit.

This location is the best! Food always fresh. Try the Smokin Triple Stack. Yum. Always clean at this location. Efficient staff.

Refuses cash payment. What business just decides to refuse to serve you because you’re paying in cash?

Can’t rate the food because I was told I had to wait for my sandwich because there were 20 call-in orders ahead of me, I thought he may have been joking, but he was for real. So I obviously didn’t wait for him to make 20 sandwiches when although I was the only one in line on site. Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought they would’ve stopped to make an in person order since I was the only one in the store.

Ordered a sub here and did a build your own. I got the sub and it had cheese on it. The receipt did not say cheese on it which I made sure it wouldn’t be on the sub. I’m deathly allergic to diary. After two bites I realize it was put on my sub. Once I went to them I was met with a very rude black older man. I got my refund and left. I will never go back to any firehouse subs ever again. Very careless and rude especially when it was their mistake.

Atmosphere-4 stars- themed to show support of the local Fire Departments and first responders. Plenty of seating and was very clean.

Service-4 stars- Counter service but staff was very friendly.

Food- Got a medium Italian Sub which was a good size. The meats are steam heated. Quality meats and cheeses are used. Would eat here again.
