Can’t rate the food because I was told I had to wait for my sandwich because there were 20 call-in orders ahead of me, I thought he may have been joking, but he was for real. So I obviously didn’t wait for him to make 20 sandwiches when although I was the only one in line on site. Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought they would’ve stopped to make an in person order since I was the only one in the store.

Ordered a sub here and did a build your own. I got the sub and it had cheese on it. The receipt did not say cheese on it which I made sure it wouldn’t be on the sub. I’m deathly allergic to diary. After two bites I realize it was put on my sub. Once I went to them I was met with a very rude black older man. I got my refund and left. I will never go back to any firehouse subs ever again. Very careless and rude especially when it was their mistake.

Atmosphere-4 stars- themed to show support of the local Fire Departments and first responders. Plenty of seating and was very clean.

Service-4 stars- Counter service but staff was very friendly.

Food- Got a medium Italian Sub which was a good size. The meats are steam heated. Quality meats and cheeses are used. Would eat here again.

I'm tired of all these restaurants getting orders wrong... Check your food before you leave. Picture attached, asked for extra BBQ sauce and received none.

First time to a Firehouse Subs. Not impressed. I ordered a large turkey sub to go. When I got to the hotel room it was missing half of the ingredients that I had asked for. Even though I asked for a small amount of mayonnaise to be put on the sub but they did the exact opposite to the point that it made the bread soggy. Guess I should’ve checked the sub before I left the restaurant. Then there’s the price - $15 for a large sub? Maybe if it was made correctly it might be worth it but as it was, I had to throw most of it away. Additionally, the staff were anything but friendly or helpful.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad add steak. I paid extra to add the steak but when I got home I had no chicken on my salad. The salad was good but missing the chicken. Need to pay more attention to orders placed online.
