I stop by here time to time to either get breakfast or my daughter something to eat. Stop by earlier this week and the lady in the purple shirt and short, blonde hair was super nice. She made my iced caramel miacchiato perfect. My only complaint was from today when the gentleman at the window mixed my miacchiato. I know I sound like a Karen for that but I really like them not mixed. They did perfect with the light ice like I requested. Doing a good job overall. I’ll continue to come here. Thank you.

Waited 30 minutes for a curbside then went inside to get my order waited another 15 minutes they didn’t even have it ready I watched them drop fries and nuggets. Don’t go here at all worst McDonalds experience of my life. Everyone smelled like they were smoking dope. 45 minutes for a happy meal and coffee.

Their sprite has been brown for the past two weeks. The manager hung up on me when I called about it. I asked why and if they could fix it cuz this was the 4th brown sprite I’ve gotten. He said nothing and hung up.

DO NOT GO INSIDE TO ORDER NO MATTER HOW LONG THE DRIVE THRU LINE IS YOU WILL REGRET IT!
No one works the front so you're forced to used a kiosk that is constantly trying to bombard you with ads and deals instead of just letting you make your order. Then, you have to wait probably twice as long as you would've waited in the drive thru even if it's backed all the way around the block as its like 15 drive thru orders to every 1 inside order.
Then, after having to deal with a SH!T kiosk and an abysmal with time, you still receive your order wrong. Mcdonalds is going to the wrong way, FAST!
Drive thru. Order was wrong the first time. After correction hash browns tasted like old grease was used. Staff was nice but food was not great.

This McDonalds is consistently terrible, food-wise. Their breakfast sucks tastes old, fries are always old, soda tastes old or flat or something, fish-fillet tastes old, and I finally tried a crispy chicken sandwich, and the chicken was fatty and then crumbly / pasty, like toothpaste or something completely disgusting and inedible and made my stomach so upset I thought I might vomit. I don’t understand why the food quality is so bad, other McDonalds are not like this at all.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever came across. Don’t know how to run the store. Sat in line in drive through for over 20 minutes just for a $5 meal deal. (McDouble, small fry, 4 piece chicken nuggets, and a small dr. Pepper.) in no way should it take this long! Very POOR service.

The servers are nice! It’s the pace at 11pm that makes me wanna wrangle someone. I live around here and every night consistently I have to wait 10 minutes before I even get my order taken. I’m not sure what’s happening because midday it’s just perfect except for the occasional missing cheese. Please fix your pace in the night!
