Went there this night, at around 9:30pm. We were there waiting for almost 20 minutes just for cold, soggy, rubbery food. I get Mcdonald's is not the best quality but that was ridiculous. The employee that was working the window was very nice and apologized multiple times. But whatever else was going on was very disappointing. ☹️

Went to drive through at 10:40 (20 minutes till close) ALL the employees are sitting in the parking smoking and talking. We were being stared at like enemies when me and my girlfriend pulled in. We then had to wait till 11:10 for our food bc they tried to close early. 0/10 experience. Go to Burger King or the McDonalds in Fairmont on west side

My wife used her app to order me a sandwich she's 2 hours a way and they want her phone so now I go hungry because I have to show her phone that's dumb I have the code why do I need her phone Whitehall WV McDonalds is the worst they should let ya have your order as long as ya have the code Whitehall McDonald's sucks absolutely awful do not recommend to anyone filthy rude do not go there

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. No one was in line when I got there. I ordered my food like normal. When I got to the first window to pay, the older women had messed up the order after mine and made me wait at least 5 minutes while she piddled around. Why couldn’t she have ran my payment then dealt with the next order? I go to the second window to get my food. No sauce was given for the chicken nuggets or chicken strips. All of the burger patties were burnt! Absolutely terrible. Not to mention I had went in the morning with NO ISSUES! Service and food were great. However the 3pm shift people were absolutely terrible.

I stop by here time to time to either get breakfast or my daughter something to eat. Stop by earlier this week and the lady in the purple shirt and short, blonde hair was super nice. She made my iced caramel miacchiato perfect. My only complaint was from today when the gentleman at the window mixed my miacchiato. I know I sound like a Karen for that but I really like them not mixed. They did perfect with the light ice like I requested. Doing a good job overall. I’ll continue to come here. Thank you.

Waited 30 minutes for a curbside then went inside to get my order waited another 15 minutes they didn’t even have it ready I watched them drop fries and nuggets. Don’t go here at all worst McDonalds experience of my life. Everyone smelled like they were smoking dope. 45 minutes for a happy meal and coffee.

Their sprite has been brown for the past two weeks. The manager hung up on me when I called about it. I asked why and if they could fix it cuz this was the 4th brown sprite I’ve gotten. He said nothing and hung up.
