it took 15 minutes to get my food, when it was empty in there. We got breakfast and it was uncooked, so we sent it back and they gave new food that was still uncooked. Do not recommend!
Stood at checkout for 15 minutes waiting to acknowledged. My child had a coupon she earned from school for reading. She wanted to use it. They blatantly ignored us. Horrible customer service.

My favorite McDonalds. They are always friendly and they have the quickest response to customer service of any of the other local McDonalds I’ve gone to, weather your purchasing in drive thru, in store , in store pick up or curbside. As a dasher I visit them all pretty frequently and the service has never changed, there service and attitude with me has always been consistent.

For Starters online it says they open at 5am, so I try to stop every morning before work. I get there around 5:10-5:15 and there never open .. just sucks.. but also Every-time I order in afternoon the foods either wrong or it taste like the oil in fryers have never been changed lol . Staff is super
