I had originally made a review when this location was new and had given the benefit of the doubt since its expected they'd take a while to get everyone trained. Since then, nothing has improved; the drive through is far slower than any other restaurant, items are regularly missing from orders, food is rarely prepared correctly, overall its honestly amazing that anyone can mess up simple dishes this badly, and now barely even an hour after eating we're both sick. Someone needs to fix this place BADLY

Panera bread is one of the whitest places I have ever ate at. How can you have a place that serves soup and bread and not know how to make soup. The broth is the most important part about soup. IT TASTED LIKE DISH WATER. They could have at least used some salt and pepper but nope. The bread. Rock hard. I could have used it to hit a nail threw concrete. Disappointed never again.

Went in on a Friday morning to catch up on some work. Ordered a coffee and a souffle, which is not my normal thing. Cashier rings me up, gives me a buzzer and says my food will be ready at the counter. Meanwhile, I'm working, get on a conf call etc. Thinking that it's taking a while but since I've never had one before, just thought maybe it takes a while to prepare. Realize later that it's been 40 minutes!
Go back up to counter and ask WTH. The girl says, OMG so sorry. I never saw it come up. She then goes to counter glass (where muffins etc. are) and gets it out and puts on a plate. Here ya go, sorry.
Literally again...WTH??!! Why even give me a pager for something you should've just given me with my coffee cup??!! And no offer of compensation.
Please! In what scenario is this acceptable?
Your store needs to train better or hire hetter!
I should've just gone to Starbucks in the same center.

Went in for a simple bagel and cream cheese. They forgot the cream cheese and when I called I was hung up on the first time and then when I spoke to someone they were zero help and had an attitude

We had a nice experience! We didn't wait long for our breakfast sandwiches and they were hot and delicious. We will be back again next time we are in town.

This new style Panera bread looks like an office, awful, awful. I like old style because it feels like small Italian café.
My only complaint is to PLEASE stop putting your cinnamon crunch bagels near the everything bagels or using the same tongs to retrieve them. As someone who can’t stand the taste of onions, 3/4 times at this location my bagel has been ruined with the taste of everything bagel on it and I’ve had to spit it out and throw it away which sucks because I love the cinnamon crunch bagels.

A prime example of the decline of Panera bread. Brand new facility, terrible service, and conservative on all portions except for the prices. Be sure to ask for triple the amount of Caesar sauce when you first order, as asking for double will only get you enough to wet your dry salad.
Two months later: order chicken salad with double chicken. Get a salad with no chicken.

Saterday afternoon the place was empty we placed order online there ,one person asked if I wanted to place a order as he stepped behind the counter after finishing with the trash .....receiver order timely incomplete, salad came with dressing already on it never stated witch was witch so that was gess work .(dressing should be on side)
Not a welcoming environment not salt or pepper no butter not much in the way of coffee mixers no crackers none of these things out on counters avaliable to make your meal enjoyable.... sad not like other Panera I have been to sad...
4 hours later one of us not feeling good ....leftovers going in the trash. OCT 12 2025 FAIRMONT LOCATION.

Restaurantji Recommends
food was alright, seems like workers were just horsing around not really focusing on the job so it took some time, the costumer service was not up to par but that’s fine.

We were all very happy when we heard that Panera bread was coming in our area. But this is the second time I have went through the drive-through and it is horrible. First time I gave him the benefit of the doubt because you had just opened. Second time I paid for my meal waited about 10 minutes. The gentleman opens the window back up and asked me to pay again I said I’ve already paid laughing him and the girl with him. Oh OK I’m sorry. Wait another 15 minutes or so open the window back up hands me a drink all the reason it took so long as we were out of strawberries, laughing again Told the boy I ordered food too. Oh yeah it’ll be out in a few. Waited another five minutes or more open the window up hand me the bag after being there and waiting in the drive-through watching these young kids in there just goofing off they weren’t doing anything. If you open a new place, you’re supposed to have your management come down and train these people. These people were never trained. They’re a bunch of young kids. They don’t know what they’re doing. They’re running around behind each other doing nothing. It’s really a shame because I like Panera bread but I doubt I will ever be back again. And I’m not the only one I’ve had friends and family that say the same thing about this location. Which is really sad considering it just opened.

I spent $25 on food for my girlfriend and I and they literally forgot my sandwich and we were like the only ones there. It was great to come home after that and literally not have any food.

Extremely slow service in the drive thru. I’m talking around 25 to 30 minutes around noon time. It happens frequently too. Management needs to stop being cheap and hire more people cause you’ll end up losing more customers this way. So that money they think they’re saving by not hiring more people to help, they will end up losing anyways by pushing away customers for their tardiness. In fact, they’ll lose more money if they continue this way. Terrible.
Panera is my favorite work lunch spot. I like that this new location has a drive thru which is convenient on a time crunch. The last two times I have ordered my order was spot on including napkins and cutlery. All of it was well packaged so the soup didn’t spill. The bread, apple, and salad ingredients were fresh. I recommend this location.
