We took a chance and googled pizza on our way between Shenandoah and New River Gorge. We decided on April's based on reviews and time off route and we're not disappointed. The pizza was really good in a quaint little restaurant.

Good food with excellent service at extraordinary prices. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, which came with a good-size side of bread and access to the well-stocked salad bar, and a side of dill pickle fries. The service was friendly, competent, and very fast, and the outdoor seating was lovely on a gorgeous day. Everything that came from the kitchen was clearly made from scratch (nothing reheated or prepackaged, including the pasta sauce). The establishment was quiet when...
