The cashier was MARVELOUS. Pleasant, accommodating and very professional. The red-haired male cook was EXTREMELY rude to her!! Every word out of his mouth was smart Alec and totally rude and, of course, within all the customers range of hearing. I do believe the fryer grease could use changing. Please get those girls a more pleasant cook.

Tried to order a breakfast platter with bacon at Hardee’s this morning and was told they “can’t make platters.” While I was waiting outside by the drive-thru window, I heard them serving platters to people inside. That’s really frustrating — if they’re able to make them, customers in the drive-thru should be able to order them too. Very disappointing service.

Only time I have a 5 star time is when judi works her team is on point Amy here team is on point I'll here a 4.8 but I never have no problems when they work now the kitchen idk who works but sometimes they on point everything is perfect and sometimes everything is sub par but I do love hardees and I do love getting breakfast there before work

It was the first restaurant we saw after driving for an hour. We were the only dine in customers while they had several drive through customers. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was okay. It was the same as any other Hardee’s. The restrooms were clean. The dining area was clean. There was a few tables needed cleaned, but overall, it looked fine.

They took 10 mi utes to make our order without telling us it would take hat long, and then gave us stale fries and missed several things. When I came back for a refund it took another 7 minutes for me to get my money back. Still hungry and looking for a better place to eat.
