We stayed in a cabin which was very nice. The day we left there was a water pipe that had burst. It didn't affect us so hence the 5 Star review. I would stay here again.
Beds are rock hard. Water turned off at 1 am and have to go to the store to use one. Cant shower with no water. Service is no where to be found. Really unhappy with this place.
Cleaner than most newer hotels ive stayed in. The location is great and the the ladies at the front desk were very kind.
Nice big clean room. Everything is attention to detail. Comfortable bed and good spa pool.
It's one of the best place we've started so far. 👍
We visited the restaurant only.
The food was fantastic and the service was great too!
I recommend the shrimp cocktail! Very tasty.
Nice, clean rooms. Great view of the Snake River and nice fountain outside.
Clean with great service! The beds have full bed encasings. Had trouble with the toilet not flushing the first night, but they fixed it asap. The location was perfect and the drive to Jackson is absolutely gorgeous! The indoor pool and hot tub was nice touch but looked like it needs some TLC. Overall, I was happy with the resort.
Kim is the best. So friendly! An unusual change to the area. You’d be blessed to have her help you. The hotel is fine for what it is. But we received the best service .
The only setback was we set out on the patio and on the wall next to the table there were 5 big spiders . That is our only complaint because the margaritas were one of our best ones we have had and out food was so great . Staff was awesome as well.
This place is really overpriced for the quality. The rooms are in need of renovation. Definitely had a 1970's or 1980's vibe. The carpet was stained up and just looked nasty. The bathroom was very small and cramped. The shower tub was claustrophobic feeling and the shower head made an awfully high pitch scream the entire shower. No plug in for your phones at all. The furniture was old and beat up. The laundry facility and the building I stayed in was out of order every day. The free breakfast was lacking also. Bagels, cereal, or yogurt were your only options. For the price you pay they should have a really nice spread.

You can rent cabins or traditional hotel rooms. On-site restaurant (closed Mon & Tue). Great views and very nice rooms.
An absolutely beautiful and well-maintained hotel. The rooms are spacious with a stunning view of the river and mountains. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the price was very attractive for the area. Highly recommend
We had a wonderful, unplanned lunch at the Flying Saddle, by recommendation of a shop keeper in Henry. The food was fabulous- we had a very generous portion of Barramundi- which was the best we’ve had. The pork chops were also fantastic. Both dishes paired with a lovely bottle from the Lodi vineyard, selected from a great choice of wines. It was our waiter though, Tyler, who made our experience so memorable. Super attentive, but also dedicated much time to giving us recommendations for the rest of our trip. Thanks to him, we not only enjoyed our time at Flying Saddle, but also enjoyed more great meals further North. Thank you, Tyler!
This place is amazing! Beautiful property with gorgeous views. Staff was helpful a.d very friendly. Our cabin was spacious and well equipped. We loved our stay.
We stayed here at the tail end of summer high season, I think. We were driving back from Yellowstone through Jackson and got sticker shock in Jackson. Found this place for $300 a night. Compared to a Super 8 in Jackson for $500, not unreasonable. The room was large, A/C worked well, everything was clean. It's just a very basic motel. The main problem with the property is there is just nothing in Alpine. Nothing. I could not fathom paying $300 for something so basic anywhere else but they get what the market supports. Just remember. There is nothing in Alpine. Nothing. PS. The strawberry rhubarb pie at the diner across the river was really good.
