Always great! People complain about service. They have a lot of rules posted. But if you are not nice then they are not nice. I have no problem with that. We have always had great service. And food is always great.

I had the shrimp Nachos and my husband had the street tacos ie fish tacos. The food was amazing! We have several authentic Mexican restaurants the guacamole was fresh! The service was great and our waiter was friendly. If they are full they do make you wait outside or in your car with a beeper if you prefer, because their entrance is a stairwell and is slim.
We walked in at 7:30 on a Tuesday. Place was totally empty. Not another person in the place. The man who was working there wanted to seat us at a table in the entry for 3 facing the wall. We looked in the dining room and asked if we could sit at a table in the middle. He said it was a four top and we could not sit there. What a joke. Not a single customer in there. We are locals now and have never tried before. We left and will never be back and will tell all our friends and neighbors. Unbelievable business ethics

I have no idea how this place is still in business. We went for a good family vacation meal and have never been more disappointed with service and food. Right when we walked it it was an unfriendly greeting of yelling at us to shut the door and was unpleasant the entire visit. One meal was so bad (Mole- it was straight chocolote no seasoning). This is usually a favorite dish but the whole table refused to eat it and the waitress was very rude when we asked politely if it was possible to do something else. We were very surprised she charged us double meals as well as charged us for something we told her we didn't want. The bill was $150 for a family of 5. When we tried addressing it, she refused to make any adjustments and walked away while I was midsentence. We didn't see her once after that.

We were greeted with a very unfriendly employee. Everything we ask her reply was no with an eye roll. When we ordered we ask for no sauce on enchiladas she said no then pointed at menu. She said green sauce or red sauce, I ask for cheese on top only she said no. Ask for diet drink she said no I said for water. Food came it was rice (I think) beans and 3 enchiladas everything either had green sauce on it or under it very watery. I thought I’m an adult I can eat this I really tried but we both just couldn’t. Paid $30 with a small tip. Worst food I have ever tried to each!! Please don’t waste you money 💰

We are from San Antonio Texas, we love Mexican food. We have been traveling for 3 months, we miss it so much and usually never find good Mexican food on the road….until we found La Cabana Del Tequila! It was amazing! I knew it would be great when I asked for the hotter hot sauce! It’s very red, hot and tasty. I had the asada and shrimp with poblano rafas…stripped of grilled poblano pepper in a creamy cheesy sauce with thin cuts of meat, and grilled shrimp!!!! It was out of this world! Smoky and creamy in every bite! Rice and beans were on point! Grilled jalapeño! Yes please!!! The potions are gigantic! We also ordered their Mescal Margarita, flavor was good but needed an extra shot of mescal! Cant wait to go back. Thank you so much for a wonderful and unforgettable meal. Please give the chef a big hug for me! I taste the love in every bite 🤗💝🇲🇽😍
