Just found the Melvin 2x4 9.9% at our local total wine and thought I'd give it a go. Man what a great beer. They only had 2 tall boys in stock but I'm going back to ask they stock more. Currently living in the Monterey Peninsula for a short time via Mesa AZ. so please don't hate, not a Cali lib. but this beer just moved up to the top of my go to list. Saw pics of the brewery in WY. Will visit soon with the rv on the next road trip. Thx Melvin. xoxo
Excellent food, drinks, service, and overall a great atmosphere for hanging out. Outdoor seating allows dogs as well. There's free dispersed camping within (stumbling) walking distance too!
The food the view and the beer was awesome. But the best part was watching our server deal with the persnickety people at the adjacent table. The way in which our server cool calm and collectedly dealt with this woman complaining that her beer flight was watered down after she had the server put ice cubes into each flight glass was truly fun to watch.
