Customer service was just about the worst I've ever seen...

Won't come back here. Didn't get to eat nor did we get an explanation why. They were clearly open when we arrived around 11AM, the woman working said nothing to us while we stood in line and looked at the menu. It was just two of us, and there was one person in front of us. We stood there for 2 maybe 3 minutes and when she finished up with the person in front of us she walked up and pulled the glass down over the food, then set a paper down that said "Sorry, Subway will be closed today" and said nothing else. No apology or explanation, just a piece of paper saying they would be closed. I'm not sure if she was short staffed or what, but there were only two of us in the line. I don't know why she couldn't serve us, and I would have been okay with it had she given us the slightest explanation or apology, but she just rudely declined to serve us with a piece of paper. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't waste my time trying to go there next time I'm going through the area.

Wasn't served due to managers policy of filling online orders prior to customers in line. This was 25 minutes prior to closing. Myself and at least one other customer were turned away.

The manager is a very poor manager. Very few employees make sure everything is cleaned and sanitized. Food has been very gross last few times

During a sub giveaway, one of our sandwiches was incorrect. They were so busy, they still took the time to make the right one. They were courteous about it. And the new sandwiches were delicious.

Pretty good overall The only drawback is they get so busy and sometimes they forget certain things on your sandwich We got to remind them but that's to be any place that's busy..

Rude, rude, RUDE employees and not ONCE have they gotten my order correctly (for reference, I order online, so its already written out), nor have they once remembered the oil and vinegar packets in the to-go bag... I've been ordering here for 2-years now!! They obviously get my requests, because 2x now I've walked in to get my order only to hear the same employee complain about "extra sauces whenever she orders". I've moved my lunch local somewhere else!!

My sisters and I are locals in this tiny town, and everytime we have tried to go into subway, they are either closing early or trying to convince you it's too late to be ordering when there could be hours left of being open. They always claim to be out of certain meats, but the second you turn your back after they turned you down on a sandwich, they are refilling what they were "out of" it's a joke, don't waste your time here. Traveling the 30 minutes to pinedale is in your best interest if ya want a subway!

Subway Manager April is anything but professional. From cursing at customers and employees alike to verbal abuse to staff and patrons, this so called "Manager" is driving away customers and her employees faster then she can make a sandwich. I'm surprised I am the first to leave a review here, and hope to see more reviews from the patrons and employees of Marbleton/Big Piney alike.

Never order online here. I know they hate it but I have to drive about 20 minutes to get there, on top of being disabled. Today was the last time. Because I wasn't there to watch them make my food it came to me at a very low quality. Management and workers just don't seem to care
