So slow and gave us a wrong order after waiting 20+ minutes. Went back and it took another 20+ minutes to get what I actually ordered

Have lived just down the road for more than 20 years. This place is always filthy. They refuse to honor any BK coupons. Haven't eaten here for so long, I forgot what an awful experience it is. Ordered a value meal and Jr King meal. Cashier entered 1 meal, and 3 individual entries for the Jr King meal. When I noticed the overcharge on the recept he said he didn't know why it was entered that way, even though he was the one who entered it! Would not correct it, and would not give my child a toy or ice cream as advertised for the Jr King meal on the menu board.
Even though the resturant was almost empty, I still had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order. Wil not be eating here again!

This review is specifically for an employee named Dawn. She was very pleasant to talk to while ordering our food, treated our two young kids very kindly, and she went above and beyond to make our lunch visit special. Thank you Dawn!

The man who was working the front desk simply was a pleasure to interact with. He was thorough taking my order. Afterwards he took an from a mom and her son and simply went above and beyond. I’ve never once had the desire to review a fast food restaurant. Kudos to him

My son and i stopped by on our way back to cheyenne for a quick bite. A lovely lady was our cashier she took the time to explain what was in the meal deal and had conversation with my mini about dragons. Dawn was very kind and we will decibel be back again!

5/22 @ 5pm. I wish I got the young man's name who took my order, but he went above and beyond with the customer service. My meal was made hot , fresh , and quickly. I definitely appreciated his positive attitude because nowadays you can't even get that anymore in restaurants.
Make sure you check your food before you leave cause they sold me mowed croissant bread I definitely will not be eating here ever again. They need to send the health inspector over here. definitely reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I’m a truck driver and I shouldn’t have to deal with people not doing that jobs at the job they chose to be.
We’ve been waiting for 20 minutes to hear that they don’t have half of their menu. Cashier was slow and didn’t seem interested.

Thanks for coming to work in blizzard when i80 is closed. Everything was served hot, fresh and fast.
The health department needs to swing by for an inspection.
AS can see in picture, bacon still raw on both of my burger. Burger patties are raw inside. So instead of enjoying my food I have to unpack my grill to cook it so I can hit the road again. Last time I drove by and order bacon King it was also raw, but I had time so I cooked it. Not buying food from here again. As a trucker it sucks when buying food and it's raw. Not like I can just turn around and come back.
