I understand that it can get busy especially when there's only say 3-4 people working Taco Bell and Buger King, so Patience is the ticket, and I'd say, know what you want. Makes things easier.
The place is open until 10:30 even though it says that it closes at 10 online, so that was a nice suprise for me. The staff are overworked, but they try to get all the food out in a reasonable time and they're all pretty nice. The only real problems are the overpriced food and the bug problems. And that's a massive bug problem. I'm talking I saw 9 flies at once at one point, and as they say, there's 10 bugs for every one that you see. In serious need of a bug...
People's standards are unbelievably high and unrealistic. I came in near closing time, the place was packed but I put in my order and waited. I ordered a crunchwrap with no tomato because I am allergic. As busy as it was, it went unnoticed. When I got my food, I asked about the tomato and was told tomatoes hadn't been omitted.
