We had ordered on line and there was a issue with the location. I went in to the other location and waited for 20 minutes and was treated rudely as the employees spent time talking. We contacted the other location and they were super friendly. Maureen was very helpful and took care of us . She was the epitome of good customer service.

The food is always been awesome and the service has been very good except for the app which has lots of problems. It worked fine the first time I downloaded it and used it for a couple visits and after that it has failed to work efficiently add recently it does not work at all.

On the pricier side for fast food, and the sliced meats taste very similar. Like Subway has "that taste", Arby's has their own.The Buffalo chicken sliders are the only thing I will get here anymore, as they're pretty good! Everything else seems to taste a lot alike or not as yummy as we hoped.Good if you need something different since fast options are limited here still.
