Very friendly employee. Yogurt was very good for the price I paid. Much bigger than DQ at a low price. Will be there again.
Frozen yogurt at its finest! Clean, comfortable, and cheerful environment. They have a great selection of yogurt flavors and usually a sugar-free option. They also have soft serve ice-cream. There is every topping imaginable.
You pick what flavors you want and the toppings and pay by the weight at the end.
Every time we visit Casper we always stop in at Bliss Yogurt with the family and have always had a 5 star experience. However, this time was different. Their scale was broken when we went to check out. We weighted for about 5-6 minutes while the girl tried to fidget with the wires and the computer. Then she called someone named Paige and they spoke for another 4-5 minutes and they decided to reboot the system. We waited patiently through that too but really started to notice our yogurt was melting and pooling in the bottom. My son’s whipped cream went flat. Then the gal here on the phone with Paige stated now Paige was going to call the company to see what was going on and she’d call back. We then asked her how long that was going to be because our yogurt was melting pretty quickly and she went ahead and told Paige she had customers getting impatient. My husband corrected the girl and said we weren’t impatient but was curious what was happening since all our yogurt was melting and we were curious how much longer the wait was going to be. Over all it was more so that we didn’t feel we needed to pay full price for yogurt that was melted. They didn’t offer us to get new yogurt, nor did they offer us a discount. Instead after about 12-15 mins of waiting with our melting yogurt she said she would guess the weight of our yogurt and we could pay that. Who knows, we may have over paid since two of four bowls barely had much in it. Either way I feel the company should have had a backup way of dealing with things when their system goes down and should have something in place like offering customer new yogurt if it’s half way melted or at least a discount since we aren’t enjoying it the way we normally would have.
We hadn't been to Bliss in years and now I'm not sure why it hasn't been a regular outing for us! I'm not sure if they lowered their prices or if I just remembered incorrectly. They are very reasonably priced. I bought dessert for my two sons and one girlfriend and it was less than $20. Nobody skimped on the toppings either. ;) Great staff, clean, open later than most places in Casper, and inexpensive.... what more can you ask??

The worker was on the phone the entire time we were there, which is whatever if she would have at least put the phone down to ring us out. I don’t believe the phone call was an emergency that it couldn’t be put on pause to provide good customer service.

I usually like this place and use it as a treat out. One thing I do not like is the blaring politics on the tv. This seems to be a family setting. We shouldn't have to hear about the negativity in the world all the time , we come to treat ourselves to escape that.

My family and I decided to try frozen yogurt for our first time! My son absolutely loved it and so did my spouse I even loved it! But we encountered an unfriendly staff member there today. We didn't feel welcomed and she had attitude all over the place.
