I've eaten at Blue Ridge Coffee a lot for lunch. It's disturbing that the gals preparing food are very casual with cleanliness. They will frequently touch the register/money/their hair/etc., and then go back to preparing food without changing their gloves. There doesn't seem to be appropriate supervision. The same lack of response to reviews, is also seen in the coffee shop. The other day, the gals were picking fruit out of the trays with their fingers and eating while working. There is often more attention given to boyfriends than to customers. Appropriate management would make this a great coffee shop.

Best coffee in Casper hand down! We normally drink coffee at home, but we stop here every time we drive by. Great service and good food too. The only negative is that it’s closed on Sundays.

Ok coffee, ok food, *really high prices*, poor customer service. Some baristas are friendly and attentive sometimes, others typically act like they're bored and annoyed that you're even there. Almost all of them move at a snail’s pace. When we stepped up in line to order at the register today the girl just stood there staring at us for about 10 seconds before she managed a basic “Hi.” I looked over later and she literally had her face in her hand leaning on the counter looking bored while another customer was ordering.
Also hard to believe that two sandwiches and two drinks ended up being over $30. Big yikes! Especially considering that my girlfriend’s salad had a hair in it! ? They did give her another one to go at least but still…
For how much Blue Ridge charges they certainly don’t produce the atmosphere, customer service, or quality of product to come even close to justifying it. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any one of the other coffee shops in town. You’ll save yourself money and frustration and you’ll be glad you did!

This place is amazing and have great people! The owners were super welcoming and so kind! Definitely will be my go to coffee place! They seem to have great food, haven’t tried it yet but will be back to try soon!:)
The food is great don’t get me wrong, but the service is trash. I waited almost 40 mins in the drive through because I had no way to get out unless I wanted to drive up the curb. I got to the window and paid (even extra because I customized my drink) , was given the wrong drink, then had to wait another 15 minutes for my sandwich they had well over 20 minutes to make while I was in line. The inside was fairly busy but the service I received was the worst service I could’ve gotten as you’d think a drive through would be fast . Won’t be going back.

The food is usually good, it is the only thing that keeps us going. The drinks are take or leave, they are very mediocre at best, and more than likely you’re probably making better at home (even if it’s their coffee beans). You’re looking at spending a good amount of money, perhaps it’s slightly overpriced. Very few of their employees seem genuine, most of the time they act annoyed with you- or one another. Definitely seems like there are things going on behind the scenes, like more training should take place, and that there are too many irons in the fire/too many hands in the kitchen- yet no one really knows what’s going on. In that kind of environment, you can expect for things to be forgotten or go wrong. Nothing is consistent about this place! Our food and beverage is often 1/2 forgotten when we dine in, our food is 1/2 wrong when we go through drive through- especially if you pay extra for cream cheese or avocado. Many times the Chicken Salad on Avocado is fantastic, only *IF* the avocado is actually ripe. We’ve received many that were rock hard, and served to us anyway! We continue to go here for a quick (some days slow) bite and more homemade feeling, but Casper lacks options and they have a decent location for us. It’s definitely not our first choice, it would be nice to see more consistency with food and drink- especially for that top shelf price. When they were at the Sunrise location, they seemed very good consistently. Now it appears to be falling further away from friendly and quality service and goods.

Thank you Blue Ridge I love your vanilla iced coffee and chicken avacado with pasta salad I love it everytime it’s sooo good!! Breakfast is wonderful here too especially everything bagels with whipped cream cheese tomatoes and red onions delicious!! Blue ridge is one of my favorite places thanks for all you do!!!
