I've eaten at Blue Ridge Coffee a lot for lunch. It's disturbing that the gals preparing food are very casual with cleanliness. They will frequently touch the register/money/their hair/etc., and then go back to preparing food without changing their gloves. There doesn't seem to be appropriate supervision. The same lack of response to reviews, is also seen in the coffee shop. The other day, the gals were picking fruit out of the trays with their fingers and...
Best coffee in Casper hand down! We normally drink coffee at home, but we stop here every time we drive by. Great service and good food too. The only negative is that it’s closed on Sundays.

This place is amazing and have great people! The owners were super welcoming and so kind! Definitely will be my go to coffee place! They seem to have great food, haven’t tried it yet but will be back to try soon!:)
