Managers are Rude service is slow. We not recommend going here. I can understand being busy and taking time to get food because of how busy it is but too be rude to customers and cause them to wait in a crowded area is just ridiculous yeah

Staff was crazy busy at lunch time. New hire working and a little overwhelmed, but great. Server with tattoos was everywhere getting things done. ( Wish I would of got her name to give her credit) Service and food was spot on!

Dont come here. I just had the worst experience. So my mom and I left after receiving cold food. She got all of her food while I only got half. She didnt have time to eat her food since we needed to leave. For a place that wasnt packed it took us 40 mins to receive our cold food. Its like it was sitting under the hot lamp. When we asked our waitress about our food she gave attitude about how she cant speed up our food. All she had to do or say she was going to check on it. After receiving our cold food we had to leave so we receiving our boxes and another waitress went to go talk to the manager about our situation. Our waitress comes back 15 to 20 mins later saying the manager did everything they can to discount our food. I've worked in the food business so has my mom. This was unacceptable, service was poor as well as customer service.

Came in the restaurant had maybe 10 table with customers and it took for ever for our food to arrive. I let the server know that I was on my lunch hour from work. After not receiving our food for 40 minutes I asked about it and was rudely told she can't make the kitchen cook faster. Didn't get to eat my food had to take it to go. Was very unhappy with the situation. Won't come here again or suggest this restaurant to others. Didn't put a review for food it wouldn't be fare to review reheated food. When food finally came out it was cold and we didn't get everything. And I was made late for work.

We arent big fans of Buffalo Wild Wings but it was close to the hotel and we decided to have a few beers and a snack. We have found that table service is rarely good and you have to stick to a short list of items on the menu to get something good so we normally sit at the bar if we go in one and usually only when traveling. The bartender was a tall girl with a sleeve of tattoos and she was awesome! So sorry I can't remember her name but it will probably come to me later. We pretty much talked to her the whole time we were there and she told us a lot about the town. Gave us some great suggestions about what to do while visiting. We would definitlely go back to hang out with her again!

My daughter brought me here for mother's day...everywhere was slammed! But I'm glad! LOVED THE FOOD HERE!!! I had the beer cheese Philly sandwich!! Holy hairballs! I'm addicted for LIFE! great service! Nice people and atmosphere!

Honestly, my experience with this location has been very all over the place. It seems almost every other time I go, something gets messed up. My drink is wrong, my fries don't have seasoning I asked for, I get an entirely wrong item. And while this might seem like a nitpick, this is a review I don't make light heartedly as I have tried to enjoy this location for at least 3-4 years now. But these issues have been frustrating

Food was good. Service was junk! If you have to apologize every time you come to my table and it’s dead at the time….its a problem. No refills. Took 20+ min just to pay my bill. Absolutely keep the cooks but ditch the waitresses and hire anyone else would be an improvement. I’ve had better service at a continental breakfast. The stars would go up if they would close their lobby and only take carry out orders.

I don’t know what happened. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with no tomatoes and was given a wrap that had zero buffalo sauce and was just rotisserie shredded chicken and there was tomatoes in it. It was not good. My fiancé luckily noticed he had the wrong wings before we got our takeout. The fudge cake which is supposed to have ice cream also didn’t. Very sad and I didn’t eat dinner tonight.
