Everyone was friendly drinks were good but I got a everything bagel and it was hard a a hockey puck. Was very difficult to eat. They need better food control. My girlfriends sandwich was very stale as well. It's crazy to charge 7 dollars for a little sandwich especially when it taste like cardboard.

City Brew has great coffee at comparable prices to Starbucks. They have friendly service and good food. This location has plenty of seating, including a gas fireplace you can sit in front of to stay cozy on cold days

Walked in after being recommended about this place, Saturday afternoon. The coffee was nice, although very expensive, even without a tip!!! But the service was very slow, even though it wasn't busy. There was a guitar player which made the wait more bearable.

Great atmosphere. Wait times for order would pass 15 minutes at times so if you are in a rush, skip it.

This is their bacon gouda ciabatta. Gross, and a rip off.
Last time I was there, I watched as the person in the car in front of me chatted with an employee for several minutes, I assumed while waiting for their order. The employee was leaning out of the window and feeding the dog in the car free treats. Eventually, the car drive off, no purchase made. I essentially had to sit for five minutes while they had a social visit.
I try to buy local anytime I can, but they are making that really hard to do. You’d think they would try a bit harder when there’s a Starbucks right down the road, but apparently not.
Friendly staff, always with a smile. Aiden and rest of staff are knowledgeable

I’d like to be part of the hiring process that happens here. How does it take 30 minutes to get a line of 5 cars through the window? EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE the wait is ridiculous, you get up to the front and the girl who looks like she just crawled out of her parents grunge basement waits 2 minutes before opening the window and instead of saying anything else says “you already checked out right?” They can’t read or follow instructions any time I’ve been here. I get you need bodies, but maybe ones that present professionally would be a start. Who ever is doing the orders also needs a lesson in a little bit of over stalk. How are you always out of CUPS!? Hands down worst coffee shop in town.

My wife and I bought an average of 4 lattes a day at the Westside store in casper. We have bought coffee there for at least 5 years. For most of the time service was great. It was delightful to get coffee and the employees became friends. We spent 1600 dollars a month. Then like most places, employees change. The faces are different. But the environment stayed the same. And with a couple of bad egg employees that place changed. It is no wander they had to shut down that store. Before these couple of bad eggs that place was hopping. They were really busy. Now I see that the bad eggs have chased away all customers like my wife and I. So I went to get some coffee from the Eastside, like I have been doing for months now. And believe me when I say that driving clear out there for coffee is way inconvenient. But I do love their coffee and the employees there are really great. But now I see that they have made the bad eggs a place in the store on the east side. Now I don't know if these bad eggs can ruin this store like they did the last store, because the coffee is really good. It just surprises me that a company would want to take a chance. Good luck I guess.
