Ice cream is nowhere near as good as Baskin Robbins (which isn't in Casper, sadly). Staff are distracted and not customer-focused. I ordered something terrible, brough it back to the counter and asked for something different. You'd think they'd apologize, but no. Won't be back.

This rating is purely based off of customer service, which was horrible. My husband and I were served by a girl with dark hair and glasses. She was unbelievably rude. She kept talking to her coworkers about things unrelated to her work while serving us so she ended up forgetting what size my husband had asked for. Instead of fixing it or apologizing she just ended up putting the wrong bowl directly into the correct one. She was extremely rude as my husband was looking at toppings, she gave him no time to look and kept repeatedly asking him what he wanted. Her tone of voice was monotone and uninterested, as if we were bothering her. My husband and I began to feel like we were doing something wrong by even being there. She slammed my ice cream down on the counter hard enough to send it flying. We left there feeling really disappointed and upset. If she is there, we will never be returning again.

Said they were open until 9pm on Sunday (sign posted on door says 9pm as well). Went at 8pm and they were in cleaning up with doors locked.
I went in for a banana split and the young girl was going to put it in a 12-16 cup . I told her I would like a tub and the girl she was working with some nasty attitude. Sorry for her that I can read lips. Got in touch with manager and it was worries and IDC attitude. Jill not caring about the non cleanliness. Lost my businessforever. .

Bought a coffee lovers waffle cone, it was not only delicious. But bigger than anticipated, the service was excellent and I was even told goodbye upon my exit... At cold stone you get treated like family...❤️
