Cole Creek Bar and Grill is the bar and restaurant off the front desk and lobby of the Holiday Inn East in Casper. At night, the bar and restaurant opens officially at 5 pm for drinks and food but the bartender was serving drinks before 5 pm. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. Prices were fair. However, the food or at least what I ordered was mediocre at best. The caesar salad was large but the parmesan cheese was barely there, the dressing wasn't tossed in...
