2 out of 3 burgers were wrong. No veg or condiments. Big red letters on the receipt had the correct order. Paid a premium to have it delivered. Will not be ordering from them again. Disappointed.

I had high hopes. We were in the 'drive through' for 10 minutes before deciding to head inside. The store was super cramped, like it feels like youre invading someones space just to get to the counter. They dont have a big menu inside to look at just laminated paper menus that are small print. And crazy expensive $40 for 2 meals. We sat down at a table and had to wait over 40 minutes to get our food, only to realize I got the wrong thing or the menu was inaccurate. Why would you only have one cook on a friday night? What a massive waste of time and money. The only saving grace was that the cashier was super sweet and the fries are good

The brisket was delicious! And the stuffed potato skins topped it off perfectly! Paired w/a knowledgeable and gratious staff, we will definitely remember them, next time we come through.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free, and found several items I could have. Wish I would have known when ordering they have a gluten free bun. But I did not see that as an option when looking at the online menu.

$48+. And Terrible food. The order was 2/3rds wrong. It took 40 minutes. 2/3rds of the food was awful. With the chicken strips there were big chunks of just coating dough. The chicken strips were over done - I couldn't even bite most of them.I liked the atmosphere. The few people that were there were pleasant. This was Sunday afternoon. We were the only customers in the place until after we received our order.

Gave this place a second chance before reviewing both times were just as bad. This time ordered a couple of wraps and a kids meal, waited about 45 minutes for them to mess up one wrap and forget the other. After letting them know they shorted me one they proceeded to make it wrong. They had about 4 teenagers under 18 all of them just standing around. Don't waste your time here

Was the only one in the drive through and ordered some boneless chicken wings and chicken strips. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through still as the only car there. No updates on our food. 3 out of the 4 staff seemed to be under 18 years old. I asked for a refund on our order.

They never have their pretzels so instead I got cheese curds. 5 dollars for 5 cheese curds! Took 15 min to get these. I used to love this place, but this place is a joke now.

Needs more flavoring. Their milk shakes taste like frozen slushed milk. Good is okay but could be better. Staff is friendly though.

I had a southern style chicken Sandwich, and it was awesome. Fresh, juicy, nicely toasted bun, some good old American cheese made a happy lunch time for me.

This place is awesome. The fact it was open at midnight after a long drive from Yellowstone on our way to Mt Rushmore was even better. Even if it was not the only thing open I would have chosen to eat here. The staff was super friendly and working hard. There was at least 5 door dash orders filled while I was there eating all g with a bunch of kids coming in for a late night snack. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger. Highly recommend. Paired with waffle fries and o got the mango habanero sauce to dip them in. Would eat here every night if I lived close.

Took forever to get my food, which, btw, I called in beforehand. I found out by calling the store after waiting well over 30 minutes in the drive through, that my order had been well over ready and was sitting there the whole time I was waiting. I had even talked to an employee about my food and already paid and no one told me my order was ready after telling them my name in the drive through! After getting home, my food was cold and soggy with no sauce- which I had specifically specified that I wanted extra of! This is also not my first time having this experience at this establishment. Horrible communication, service, and the food was no good due to it being so cold.

Horrible service. Three people that ordered after us got their food and ice cream before we did. Didn't realize it'd take so long to make two shakes.

My sister and family had been and recommended the chicken strips. We went today and got that and a grilled chicken sandwich. Service was prompt and efficient. Food was excellent and the dipping sauce choice extensive. The chicken was meaty and tender... will definitely go back. They have a large menu so there will be other choices to check out. My sister previously had a shake and said it was excellent as well. This location, a former Chipotle, is a little tricky to see if open or how busy, but I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Bad food and not so good service. Stopped by the drive through around 11:30pm excited to see a seemingly decent quality restaurant open late (not to mention 24hrs). Employee finally came out to take our order and they were out of many things and menu was outdated. We ordered a salad, fries, pretzel, and sundae for $30 roughly - higher price usually equates better quality good but wasn't the case here. They forgot to include plasticware, napkins, and the salad dressing. We turned around and went inside, got things resolved after waiting, and got back on the road before realizing that the cucumber in the salad was rotten and lettuce was wilted. The fries tasted like old oil, pretzel was stale, and queso just didn't taste right.I really wanted to enjoy this place, it seems like a good concept just ran poorly. Maybe bc it is 24hrs idk but the guys seemed tired.
