“After a miss communication on our wedding cake I was so disappointed. Seeing others 5 star reviews I was shocked how incredibly poor the owner answered to my complaint. The only way I got her to call me was to write a very bad review. However after I wrote the review she did reach out to me. Refunded half the price.
What is even more wild is they did an absolutely amazing job on my business cake and cupcakes not even 2 weeks later.
I would give them another chance in the future if I needed to.“
