The brisket was perfectly cooked on my 3 meat plate the pulled pork was great and their chicken was actually moist! The staff was super friendly and made a great atmosphere to sit down and eat at I was suprised when they came up and asked me how the food was and if I wanted some ice cream after my meal I will definitely be eating here again!

The best ribs I have ordered for sure! The staff was so excellent that I felt like I was being served by family. The environment didn’t make me feel embarrassed while eating a messy meal and I am definitely coming back.

So just ate here. Had the 3 meat plate. Pulled pork, smoked sausage and brisket with baked beans and a loaded baked potato.
The down sides.
Baked beans were (or at least tasted) like bushs baked beans.
Baked potato while well cooked and great size the $3 up charge to load it was not worth it.
Upsides.
The meat was well cooked and great flavor. Not the biggest fan of brisket but hands down the shining star of the meal.
Price for what you get was right on and worth the trip. My meal plus 2 additional one meal meals was $50 and some change.
The staff was great, very friendly and attentive.
The cherry on top was the free ice-cream cone to finish the meal.
Worth the money restaurant.

Back for round two, I was a little disappointed on the fast food style ordering when you first walk in, but will chalk that to maybe staffing issues.
Ordered the three meat plate with pulled pork, sliced brisket, and tried the ribs this time. My sides were the loaded mashed potatoes and fried okra.
The pork and brisket are still my safe bet orders. Brisket was tender and juicy.7/10 Pork is always a good choice. 8/10
The ribs I was not a fan of, the meat was fall of the bone and tender but had a frozen after taste. Still wasn't the worsed 4/10
The mashed potatoes I added bacon which made the potatoes but a little on the dry side, would have liked to add some butter. 6/10
Fried okra the breading was very good. The okra was a tad under cooked but still very good. 8/10.
I was disappointed that I was given a biscuit and not texas toast.
All and all this trip I would give a 6/10 .

I wasn't sure what to expect when I took myself and my 3 boys here, but an empty parking lot was probably the first red flag. We ordered a variety of food, from brisket to chicken fried steak. The brisket was completely dry and tasteless as was the chicken. One of my sons ordered the smothered fries. It was supposed to be chili. It looked like chili, but like the meats, it had no flavor. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes. Potatoes had a hard crust on the top, fried steak was mediocre at best. Service was decent but nothing to brag about. No BBQ sauce was offered or condiments. I thought the portion size was decent based on the price. No one finished their food:( Maybe it was an off night, but we will probably not be coming back. Best of Luck! I hate leaving negative feedback

Second Visit here in Casper. First one we ate in and everything was fine. We have been to multiple Dickey's in different states and this one has to be the worst. We got this visit to go due to a time crunch. First we were charge extra for just asking for barbecue sauce, pickles and onions. If we would have eaten in the restaurant it's on the unlimited on the table. Also was charged for pickles and onions. We have lived all over the US including Texas and never been charged for these. Barbecues is not the same without sauce, pickles and onions. Also I ordered a sandwich and the bread was stale and hard, not toasted or buttered as described on the menu. The sliced brisket was dry like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours. Too bad the other Dickey's we have been to are good. This one is not living up to the Dickey's name. Brian fixed the problem and took care of us. Good response and better experience thank you for handling the problem in a quick and efficient manner. Food and service was great this visit. We would go back

We have been back a couple of times since the last review and they have lost their way again. We ordered food to go and my husband ordered a 1/2 lb of lean brisket sliced and only got the 1/4 lb. We checked the order before we left and told the workers and instead of slicing more brisket they gave him chopped brisket. At that point he was fed up and the store was getting busy so we just left. I do like that they no longer charge for sauce or pickles and onions. The workers did not seem to care about pleasing the customers.

Not a very good place to eat as being the only place I ate after a 10 hour drive. Just returned from the doctor after being at the doctor and got food poisoning. Would not recommend eating here.

So I ordered doordash on them. I ordered three meat combo. I got one container of barbecue sauce for the three meats. I got three pieces of brisket. Three pieces of burnt end and a quarter piece of it kielbasa. I also ordered a large salad. With a large salad they actually sent me two containers of dressing. Kind of weird that I got two containers of dressing but only one container of barbecue sauce from a barbecue place. Not impressed. Even the salad was just salad with a little bit of cheese, no tomatoes or cucumbers or anything else like that with it. It was ok.

This place is really good, the meats and bbq sauces are good, plus you get to keep the plastic yellow cup. I paid 40 dollars or so for a family of 3.

Ordered a stacker to go, they charged me extra for toppings that were on the poster the meal was also on. They messed up the toppings and i went back to get the right ones and they gave me something completely different. Food was alright though.

Don't order to go. Ordered rib/pp/brisket combo - zero BBQ Sauce. Wife tried the chicken sandwich with what was supposed to be a Brioche bun - standard hoagie roll is what she received with zero BBQ Sauce. You'll get better service at McDonald's.
