Went to the east side to pickup three pizzas. I then went to pay for my order and the manager said he can’t break a $100 bill. I told him I want to pay cash only. He then got irritated and pissed off. I told him it was pretty bad that you can’t break $100 bill. I then had to go to loaf and jug down the street to break $100 bill to go back to Domino’s as my pizza was cold now. Awful customer service bad management! I had issues with his manager in the past as well can’t believe he still works there! I will complain to corporate.

Tracker said pizza was done, was immediately told rudely by a woman when I walked in that it would be 15 more minutes then another worker corrected her and said no it’s almost ready. Pizza came out partially burnt

Ordered 1 Medium Pepperoni Pizza 1BBQ spicy chicken 1 Plain Chicken & 2 Salads. The 🥴Pizza was very disappointing, Sauce was very low quality flavor, isn’t what it used to be. The 🥴BBQ Spicy Chicken was very disappointing, Sauce Flavor was very poor quality. The 🤢Salad was bad, brown color & Expired, had to toss it out. We paid $67 for this order. It was not worth it. The only thing that was worth it was our Delivery man. He was GREAT 😊 I could have ordered from Old Chicago for the same price & got 100% satisfaction with our food.

This dominos never wants to stand by their guarantee. They can make your food the opposite of how u want it and get away with it. Unless you reverse your credit card charges because of tge dominos guarantee.

Spent 100+$ on 2 pizzas and a large order of wings. Pizzas were great but the wings which were expensive were drizzled with a small amount of buffalo sauce. Extremely dissatisfied with this establishment and will never order from here again. I posted a picture on the picture board, I’m assuming you will recognize my picture given the information. I made an order about a half an hour before they close, which I get is super soon but I didnt expect them to cancel my order just because you guys want to close a half an hour early. I'm a manager at my work and I dont get to close even 5 minutes early. I dont have food at home and cant go to the store so yeah i ordered something a little late. Super unprofessional.
Upon entering on the snowy cold night of November 11th I was greeted with a sigh and an eye roll, when I attempted to lighten the mood I wasn’t even looked at by the long haired pony tail man servicing me. He continued to have an attitude and abruptly gave me my pre paid order. Getting back to The car I realized I had forgotten to add certain sauces to my purchase. I then returned to the store and let the very grumpy very angry very upset. Employee know that I had forgotten to purchase a certain Sauce. He proceeded to grab the sauce that I forgot and tried to hand me them while stating “you understand that this is gonna cost you next time”. I let him know that I was not looking to get free sauce and that I am willing to pay for the sauce and he continued to say that he wanted to give me it for free but the next time it would cost me. Once again, I doubled down, pulled out my debit card and said no I am looking to pay for the Sauce!. I am not looking to get one over on you guys and get free. Sauce! quit acting like I am. He looked at me and said I’m just trying to do you a favor which I replied no I came in here asking to pay for a certain product. Please allow me to pay for the product. He was very rude very combative and seemed like he did not want to help me I let him know that I will gladly pay for the sauce and I did gladly pay for the sauce. There were no current delivery orders let alone carry out orders on their big TV board so there is no reason to give me the attitude, as if you were super busy when you were not also, I make a good amount of money. I do not need your Sauce! for free and I made that clear from the get-go so do not act like I am trying to pull a fast one when it was an honest mistake. I have the receipt for $1.87 worth of sauce.

Delivery to our hotel was fast. The pizza was so hot we couldn't hardly get it out of the box with our fingers ? we ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it tasted awesome! We had other pizzas and sides. All was very good. Definitely will be ordering from here when we are in town.
