The delivery was quick but the pizza was not good. I called the shop and spoke with the manager and they made another pizza for delivery. Great customer service!

When the manager gets told that the app didn't get your correct address or phone number one would think that manager would get all the information. Sadly because I'm from out of town and got the apt number wrong I was pet sitting they never delivered. When I called to check what was taking so long I found out I gave them the wrong apt number. I owned up to that and admitted it was my fault. I gave them my number and asked them to call me back when they have the situation resolved before hanging up so they could figure out where the delivery even was.The manager informed me that he's not responsible for the mistakes. It wasn't him it was Domino's not him. My mistake was giving the wrong apt number and trying to be considerate.Last week I ordered and didn't have this issue. The driver even got a 30 percent cash tip.

This store has gone down hill recently. Cancelled orders for no reason with no notice, long waits, and last time I went a few employees were about to throw down in front of me.

Dear Douglas Wyoming citizens. Today I have witnessed a monstrosity. I didn't feel like cooking tonight so I naturally I thought I would order some dominos for my kiddos. Little did I know I get horrendous food, it looked like someone ran it over. I called the store and miss Jenny lied to me. Anna was not much better either. I am honestly appalled I thought they should hold to the jackelope standerd that we all know and love. But no I am so disappointed. I will now drive to Casper for my dominos. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!!!!
